Never recieved my order
January 10, 2019

Very disappointed in the site. I ordered shirt for my daughter on October 28th for Christmas and NEVER received the order. I emailed several times before Christmas and was promised delivery by Dec 20. I have since emailed several more times with NO reply. DO NOT order from this company!

Ordered a fitted hat over 2 months ago with a guaranteed shipping date of August 20th. I thought that was an excessive amount of time, but I waited. August 20th came and went with no notification that the item had shipped. I called in and was told it would arrive by August 29th guaranteed. Today, I received an email that the order was canceled! They claim that the item was oversold, yet no notification of this for over 2 months! Huge waste of time, do not order from here.

Excited for the City Edition jersey so I bought it for $150. Thought it was a little high but it was the only place I could find it so I didn't think about it too much. I didn't notice anywhere to enter a custom name and the jersey in the picture had Jokic's name on it. I selected Jokic from a drop down menu as well, so nothing seemed unusual.
Then the same jersey went on sale 3 days later for half the price. So I tried to return the expensive one and they told me I couldn't because it was a "custom" jersey. But it has all the same tags as the swingman version, only they took it out of the plastic bag and cut the portion of the tag that says swingman on it off. Plus Jokic has an accent mark over the letter 'c' that I don't even think I could add if I typed in the name for a custom jersey.

False advertising

I ordered a magic johnson lakers swingman jersey and the pictures showed that it was stitched but it wasn't at all. So the warehouse sent me a email saying that the authentic is out of stock, I checked and they have them.

This place is a joke! Ordered my son a Christmas present early December. Tracked my package and it is stuck at Fedex waiting for a shipping label! 3 Weeks since it was ordered! Called customer service and they apilogized and said we will get another shirt out for you the first order appears to have gotten lost. I said I need it expedited at YOUR cost this is a Christmas gift! They said sure no problem. Call back again today to find out it CANT be expedited it is a 4 day order period whatever that means! And it appears your first order is moving and should arrive on the 24th end of the day. I pull ul Fedex and it says the 26th! And then they say the replacement order will need to be returned as we can no longer cancel it... I will tell you what BOTH orders are being sent back and I will NEVER do business here EVER again! I am so pissed off!

Fraud

This site is an about scam they dont respond to emails, never got my product from the sight either. Did i mention it's a scam they stole my credit card information. Read the "ABOUT US" on the page it has horrible grammar and talks about how it is an NFL page selling NBA products.

Absolute worst

Avoid at all costs, literally buy from anywhere else. Customer service has no clue what they are doing and that's if you are even able to get a hold of them.

Custom jersey lasted one day before the number fell off. Awful quality. Do not buy! This product. When it delivered letters were small and number had bubble from the rush decal job

I placed an order in on 20th October. There was no communication and my order history had no entries post that date. I followed up up from the 26th-29th with 4 emails to have no response except for the automated "we will get back to you in 24 hours". My last email was very stern requesting to cancel the order all together and process a refund. To that email I received a sorry your order has been picked and is ready for dispatched. 24 hours after that (it is now 30th October) I got an email saying my order has been shipped after I had requested to cancel and refund my money. Now not only have I had a terrible experience but I will have to go to the trouble of sending back and waiting for my money to be refunded. Poor, poor customer service. You should be embarrassed!

I received one of 3 framed pictures that had black specs between the glass and picture. The CS rep I spoke to, Brooklyn, was very helpful and got my replacement shipped immediately.

Bad first time experience
November 26, 2020

At first I tried to cancel an order that hadn't been shipped yet because it wasn't set to arrive until January 15 they told me they couldn't cancel due to the warehouse it was shipped from. Then it was set for standard shipping which said 3-7 business days but says it's going to arrive January 15th I will never order nothing from this $#*!ty website again! What a worst first time coustmer experience!

1st. False advertisement when you order it before christmas. Advertised that it will be shipped 3-10 days, very confident that it will arrive before christmas, ordered on Dec 6 it was advertise that it will arrive December 21, then when i placed the order the delivery date was moved to December 31!
2nd. I've been following up and the item was actually shipped on december 28. Guess what, it didnt arrive ofcourse on december 31 and only delivered on January 17!
3rd. I would have forgiven all the hassle that it was supposed to be a gift for christmas delivered after almost 2 months if the item was perfect! Holy molly! Its a knock off hoodie! Very poorly made... cheap print! And size is smaller than i expect it, its like youth size! Paid $93 for this piece of $#*!!

I'm still waiting to know WHY your customer asked me to send captions of the emails I sent to prove I asked for you to change the number of the shirt 10 minutes after confirming the order if all along you were going to answer me back saying that that information is totally irrelevant to the case. Why have you been telling me "you're on the case" when in the end all you've done is send me a "copy paste" text from your terms and conditions.

You know, all you need to do is send a new shirt with the number I asked for. Surely you can afford to do that... But you'd much rather keep me upset and, angry even, to actually do the right thing because you don't want to admit you slipped... You ignored my email completely and didn't do your job right. It's totally unacceptable. This shirt was a very special present for my husband for his first father's day after years of IVF, I wanted to give him something special, something that he'll have for years and would be able to pass it on to his son.

But hey, who am I to you? A customer that will never ever purchase on your site again but you don't care because you'll have plenty other customers.

Check your reviews because customers say some terrible things about you (I wish I had read them instead of trusting blindly in a multinational company). It's time you read those reviews and actually did something about it but I doubt you will as the words "proactive" "empathy" and "humility" are not in your dictionary.

Said incomplete address

My Husband had ordered me a t-shirt back on Dec 3,21 and it came all the way to hamilton ontario Canada. Just to be sent back to China beacuse they did not put our whole address on the postal slip. I have tried for over a week to find some where or some one to call to find out where my t-shirt is. Not to happy at all. Besides all of this I am getting a earfull from my husuband because they screwed up. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE...

I ordered 3 items to Toronto following the NBA finals, 2 shirts, and a hat. The hat shipped about 6 days following my order, a reasonable time given the influx of orders. To this day, nearly 2 weeks after my order, the shirts have yet to ship. I contacted the NBA store customer service via email and they said they updated my shipping address and that the items should ship by today, the 26th. Their god-awful delivery company Landmark/Sprintstar attempted delivery ONE time to my apartment, wasn't able to gain access, and instead of trying to attempt delivery multiple times across multiple days or deliver the item to a local post office (which literally EVERY other service I use does), they decide to immediately return to sender (NBA store). I would never have found this out if I hadn't called their support line. My shirts have yet to ship and if the delivery isn't able to be made again they'll likely just immediately return to sender. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a laker's Jersey mistakenly (wrong gender) and few other items. As soon as I realized my mistake within an hour sent email to cancel the order and placed second order with correct item. I called several times and there customer services do not care about people's choices but for $$$$. They disgracefully charged me return cost of the items placed mistakenly. The customer service agent was rude, unprofessional and mean. I was treated poor. I will never buy anything with such greedy company where you cant even make changes of your items within an hour. Their customer account does not work properly. There were log in details problems all the items if you want to view your order and status of delivery. You have no ideas when is the items coming. They should learn lessons from Amazon or other retailers how transparent business open. It is just waste of time and your money doing business with such poor organizations. I will never recommend anyone with NBA Store.

I had an odd issue where I didn't apply the promo code during checkout. I was lucky enough to get Cristin on the phone and she solved everything for me without any more problems.
