Vague awful sizing details
September 28, 2020

I ordered a Mitchell and Ness HWC Swingman Orlando magic 96-97 warm up jacket about a month and a half ago. Whole browsing all I saw was sizes like 2xb XB XLT etc. I tried to look at their sizing chart for more info on what tf this even means and to no avail. Had absolutely no info or clarification on waht thes sizes meant. So I was forced to look on the internet to find out what it meant. Once there I found out that these were big and y'all sizes and I tried to see recommendations on waht sizes to buy online and on the nba store. So I bought one because I really wanted one not knowing how big these would be. (Mind you I tried to look for info online for what 2xb meant and many sites told me they fit well for guys underneath six feet) It takes about a month for me to recieve the item and shipping prices were insanely expensive. Once I get it the jacket is humongous. Since I had misleading and vague info about sizing I bought it. Anyway nba store is garbage and awful, expensive shipping and vague and garbage sizing charts. Do not recommend one to buy from here

Purchased a "surprise" Christmas gift for my husband on December 09 and I have received an email saying that it has shipped on the 10th. Tracking says "Shipment Data Uploaded" for over a week so I followed up thru their Twitter account on the 18th. Rep said I was correct and that something was "suspicious" with the tracking so they're sending a "replacement" at no charge but could not guarantee an expedited shipping to Canada. I was like, okay, as long as it gets here before the New Year! I got an email again on the 19th saying that a replacement was shipped and guess what?! IT'S NOT MOVING EITHER!

I checked the first order that I had wishing that something would still arrive in time for Christmas and I see that they transferred the shipping thru FedEx on the 20th. I was very hopeful with the estimated delivery date on the FedEx website as it says "December 24", but it's now Christmas eve, and its status is still "Shipment information sent to FedEx". This only means that the package/s is/are still not with FedEx, so where the heck are my packages?! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR RUINING MY CHRISTMAS!

I should have read the reviews first before placing an order! I did not even think of checking them out as I 'thought" I was ordering from a legit NBA Store website... but I should have known better!

NEVER SHIPS WHEN PROMISED WITH NO ANSWERS FROM ANYONE OR EXPLAINATIONS. Don't bother with customer service no one has any information. Ever.

Praktycznie nie ma możliwości zwrotu. Rozmiary totalnie rozjechane. Formularz zwrotów nie przyjmuje numeru zamówienia, twierdząc że nie zostało odnalezione - sorawdzałem wielokrotnie na przestrzeni kilku dni. Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Kupić gdzie indziej.
