They keep my money for 2 weeks and then cancel my order for the first time. They keep my money for 1 week and cancel my order for the second time with no reason. Dont buy anything from this StockX.

Fake shoes

For most of y'all who are just getting into sneakers I would not buy from stockX. I bought some shoes from there and I'll tell you ALL of them where FAKE every single pair it's a waste of money trust me. I would recommend GOAT or going in store.

StockX through UPS lost my parcel.
They don't even care about the parcel lost, they just told me "we are not responsible" and won't even ask UPS for a refund on my name... because they just don't care?
What is that sort of customer experience?
I'm really feeling like its a lost of trust from such platform and won't recommend it in the future if no answer is found.

We did receive your inquiry to our Buyer Promise Form, but we are only able to offer returns in cases where we sent the wrong size/product, or sent an item that doesn't meet our standards. Since we sent you the size you ordered, your purchase is not eligible for a return at this time. Keep in mind, due to the nature of our live marketplace, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel it. As we serve as a platform that connects Buyers and Sellers, we do not hold any inventory, and therefore have no way to accept merchandise back when a purchase is no longer wanted. Item is sized wrong

Bought a pair of shoes that seem to be about 2 sizes smaller than what it should be. I have owned several similar pairs of the same brand purchased from Nike and never had a problem. Problem is, the don't allow returns!

After reviewing the purchase, we can see the product is in Women's sizing, which is indicated by the word (Women's) at the end of the product name. In this case, if you typically purchase Men's shoes, for Nikes you'll want to purchase 1.5 sizes bigger than you would purchase in Men's. This is likely the issue, but if you received the wrong size (and not a US 10 Women's as the order called for), please create a case using our Buyer Promise Form: https://stockx.com/help/contact/buyer-promise. The Buyer Promise is our program recently launched so we can correct any issues with regards to verification. If we send you an item that doesn't meet our standards, our Product Specialists will re-review the item and if we determine it shouldn't have been sent to you, we will provide you with a return label to send the item back for a refund.

We never come to an agreement on the resolution and what StockX did was to just force a resolution on the customer at no agreement to the customer for acceptance.

This kind of business ethic is beyond comprehension and it does not shows any empathy to what the customer is experiencing.

Totally disappointed with the way how StockX handle this situation.

Shipping a used set and mentioned that it is brand new in the purchase. What a way to do business.

Although your purchase was received without the original shipping box, as mentioned, this is not required in order to sell Bearbrick figures on StockX. You can read more on this here: https://stockx.com/help/articles/What-are-the-condition-guidelines-for-Bearbricks-sold-on-StockX. We require the original packaging when it comes to the original box and internal plastic or styrofoam packaging. We do not require the original shipping box.
We can see that our team offered a return of the item for a full refund, however this offer was declined by you. In this case, we can offer a partial refund of $20.00 USD, which is equal to $26.00 SGD. This was applied to your order on 06.12.2023.
While we understand your frustration and we will always do our best to resolve your case to your satisfaction, we were unable to provide the resolution you were asking for, which was a 50% refund on the product. Since you do have the product and it includes all requirements per our FAQ, if you do not want to return the item, the best offer is that discount code/partial refund which has already been applied. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Not falling for this con again.

I paid £280 for some Jordans, they were listed around £240, but StockX hides the admin fees until checkout (because that would require having some care for the customers experience). I waited 4 days, then I get an email saying there was a problem with the seller (very vague, doesn't inspire much faith), but they'd found another seller. Another few days pass and I get told it's going to be refunded in 5-7 days. No explination why.They've taken so long the £240 sneakers are now nearly £300 (plus whatever mystery admin fees are going to be added), which I cant justify spending. StockX "promise" that if they make a mistake they'll put it right. It will be interesting to see what "put it right" means. I suspect its going to be along the lines of "tough luck, we don't care".

The moment I opened the box I knew the sneakers were not authentic. I was very disappointed that someone did not vet the sneakers before sending them to me. The back of the sneakers were literally falling apart and peeling.
