They sent me a pair of UNC's from "hong Kong" with a chinese label that was obviously fake attached to the shoe that would never be on a real pair. Now the pair of Orange Label white/navys I bought are no longer available after purchasing them about a month ago. I had to go on the website and ask for an update in order to get any type of response. Now theyre telling me the shoe is no longer available at the price I bought it at and I can't buy it anywhere else and they want me to wait 3-5 buisnnes days for my refund? After waiting a month for the shoes? I think I might just call my bank and dispute the charge. If they want me to remove this review they better give me my money!

STOCK X IS BOGUS. I ordered some Jordan spizike from this company. The description reads they're new, I get the shoes and 2day later I try them on. When I put them on I walk from my bedroom to the kitchen and back the soles on both shoes start to crack. So I give them a further examination and I notice the shoe is also coming apart at the bottom. I try to contact STOCK X and I can only do this by email. I couldn't send pics because they needed to be In Jpg format, so any file I sent was too large therefore I couldn't send pics or talk to anyone live. Very inconvenient, and when they did reply to my email. They said it was too late there was nothing they could do and this was all within the a weeks time period. I bought a skate boats from them and never opened it. I sold it a couple months later and they declined the sale due to the item being damaged. They charged me a fee and refused to refund me the fee or the fact that they sold me a damaged item. Beware. They are a scam. Customer service refused to rectify the issue. Either the item is good since they sold it to me or if it's damaged they should refund me for selling damaged goods. They are a terrible unethical company so buy or sell your items elsewhere. Do not do business with them.

Purchasing a PS5 on stockx was very difficult. I have purchased sneakers on here before with no issues. Because the payment kept getting declined, the PS5 price went by the time they where able to resolve my issue. When I first attempted to buy the PS5, it was $742, by the time stockx was able to resolve the issue, it was $790. Someone should make that right in my opinion.
