Unprofessional…even when the shipping company lost my package …and I called for over 2 weeks they wouldn't give me my money back!
I bought a pair of Nike dunks (which aren't cheap) and I received them damaged! They had holes, glue and paint all over them. It took 3 weeks for someone to even respond to my concerns! When they did the only resolution was a $40 coupon off my next purchase. They told me that this happens all the time, they just verify damaged shoes and send them to people. I will never purchase from this website again.

Unfortunately the website fails to notify its users that they do not accept returns or exchanges -- what's worse is they recommend you re-sell on the website with little to no direction and fail to tell you that you have to pay a fee to re-sell. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and had no choice but to re-sell and lose more than what I purchased the shoe for. $#*!ty website and user experience overall. Would not recommend for new users.
