Let's start with the good. Easy to use platform, quality customer service but one major flaw that means I will never return to their platform. After wearing my brand new lebron 19 shoes less than 6 times, the sole had a defect and the air max sole popped. After contacting StockX, they said they do not offer any returns or exchanges unless the item is unworn, has authenticity tags and was within 3 days of receiving the goods. The only problem, what happens when your shoes fail after wearing them? Nothing. No recourse. No one responsible. Just flushed $280 down the drain. Not impressed. Won't be returning to StockX.

My problem with StockX is a good 50% of the time StockX will send you fake items that are supposedly verified as authentic. The other half it is pretty decent when it comes to pricing and usability
I've ordered from here before my last final order. It's ridiculous that you cannot get someone on the phone and interactions seem very robotic. The first time I had an order and the shoes were warped or possibly worn I had no issue returning them once I sent a picture of all the things they requested.
I ordered Jordan elephant 3s and when I decided to wear them for the first time I felt the thread unraveled on the inside of the toe. I sent and email and all the ridiculous pictures multiple times. One email I received back said that it is a known defect and the person who responded would be upset as a sneaker head as well. They are in Whatever condition Stockx approves they can offer me a $20 credit for my next purchase. Why the hell would I want a credit for my next purchase when a $200 purchase was to no fault of my own defective. After letting them know I should not eat the cost of a defective item the response was we can give you a $20 refund. Every time after I responded to these ridiculous offers it was like I started the request a refund process over.
The lady I was chatting with today online advised that they requested additional information but I never gave it so my case was closed and completely disregarded everything I advised above. This company is trash. No wonder why people use goat or other sites instead. You guys should be ashamed of making a customer deal with defective items and telling them it's a manufactured defect so you guys cannot do anything about it.

I purchased shoes and in less than 24 hours realized they were the wrong size. Contacted their customer support before the shoes ever arrived at stock x to cancel the order. They advised they could not cancel, even though the shoes never were received by them or shipped by them to me. When asked to speak to a manager, the service representative ignored my request. When repeatedly asked, I was refused and they just ended the chat. Horrible customer service and do not recommend this marketplace.

If I could have given then a Zero, I would have. I ordered shoes for my son, they came from China, and were too small. I paid over $300 and when I ask to exchange for a bigger size, they refused. They were not helpful at all. My only option is to resell them on Stockx where they can earn ANOTHER 15%. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!

I sold one Funko over this platform last week and I received a verification fail email back as incorrect tags, materials, and/or substandard construction when compared to authorized, retail items as well charged me $15usd as penalty. This is the biggest joke I ever heard this year because I already sold two exactly the same Funko through stockx few months ago. The customer service do not want to help to appeal this but the T&C says I can. This is not about the $15 penalty it is all about the verification team, how they verify my item. They just simply send me an email without showing any evidences as they cannot provide any evidence to my genuine item. This platform is ridicules both seller and buyer do have any rights in here.
