Got fake shoes from you guys and the company didn't care
Was browsing a pair of sneakers from my phone adding them to the cart but not confirming. All of a sudden while still on the cart, got an email notification about order being placed.
I contacted right away the customer service who said that was not possible and that the order couldn't be cancelled.
I am since then stuck with an unwanted pair of shoes.

Amazed this business has not folded. Does not meet promised delivery times…just keeps sending messages that order has been delayed. Ordered my son some shoes for Christmas, there is no place to ship to a different address from the billing address. So I simply asked if they could be shipped to him instead of me and then me having to ship them because I'm a disabled veteran and it's hard for me to get around. I bought a pair of Retro 11 Cherry Air Jordan's. Upon receiving them, there were many issues that showed that these shoes were fake. 1st no serial number which all my other 100 Jordan's have. 2nd, where the tag of the shoe shows the size and brand was just words. If it was made by Nike the brand logo and shoe size would be there. The inseems were a different color and stitching already falling apart. I made a complaint, and they said the shoes were verified and that it was a quality control problem with Nike. So they sold me fake shoes and refused to refund my money and lied about it.

80 percent of the sneakers ordered were factory damaged products that could of not pass quality control and factory soiled with a extremely messy grease. After painful attempt with customer chat I was directed to website site that handles claims for exchange or refunds in damaged products. After 12 attempts at filing the claim I gave up. It's costing more money In time trying to get that browser domain to work. Also encountered problems with app, customer service, and website for return. Downloading photos just didn't work at all, tried different Apple devices and read tips from other customers on maneuvering through app using Apple phones but to no avail. Looks like stock x also is connected with manufacturers in getting damaged products and selling them. I'd say beware and expect issues. If you have the patience and the time to waste roll the dice if you need these warnings try to find another vendor. They suck

I ordered a pair of Dunks for my kid. Only to receive them with a authenticity tag on them from STOCKX. The side of the shoes were visibly wavy and the stitching was messy. I tried to sell them back to STOCKX but they could not confirm the shoes were real even with me leaving the original authenticity tag on the shoes that they applied. Long story short they will sell you a fake product and turn their back on the customer. Stay away! Oh yea, they offered to send the fake shoes back to me free of charge! Thanks!

I spent time before the sale confirming some details of an expensive gift item I was purchasing for Xmas. Most of the information I received was wrong.
I was also over billed and can't get a competent person from StockX to resolve. This is the second order of $400+ sneakers purchased from this company and my last due to billing issues and quality control issues/suspicious of authenticity.
I don't think that their authenticity checks are very good and these shoes came with several issues. I emailed support and got a useless canned response and have now spent a couple of hours trying to get my $20 in over billing back. What a waste of time. Customer service is lacking...No phone support, tickets are replied to days later and live chat is subpar at best. I will be looking elsewhere for my gifting needs in future. When issues arise, you will spin your wheels for days.

The Stockx shipped me a low-quality replica, and they don't want to proceed with a return or a refund. The Nike shoes had a bad gasoline-like smell and started to tear apart in less than a week. The smell should be a red flag during their verification process, but they simply ignored this fact. I have other same-model sneakers and non of them have this awful smell, and none of them have torn apart. This is a 100% replica. Their promise of authenticity is just an empty promise. Be aware.

I purchased, not bid, for a pair of shoes and accidentally ordered Mens. Caught it but nope can not exchange or cancel. But I can resell it on their site. This is bad service. Even a return with a restock fee would have been nice. Never will order from them. Bidding is a different game.

After making a purchase I waited 10 days and realized the seller never sent the item to StockX so after reaching out to StockX they cancelled my order because the seller could not fulfill my order! After 12 days of making the purchase. They cancelled my order which left me to re-purchase for the holidays and pay over $100 more for the item!
