My first experience with StockX will be my last. I purchased a game through their site, assuming that it would be far safer than others. The opposite was true. Upon receiving the game, I was incredibly disappointed to see that their own verification sticker had come loose and damaged the box. (Besides placing a sticker on a cardboard surface, which is never a good idea, they pulled it so tightly that it ripped the surface.) I reported this and was told that I could not return the item and that they "issued a free shipping code for a future purchase." I won't be making any future purchase, and I highly recommend that others do not.
This morning I was scrolling on stockx and I found this expensive pillow, I view it and I dropped my phone my thumb hit the purchase item. I tried to cancel the order and Stockx doesn't let you do that. So I have to cancel my credit card and get a new one over it.

I had never received my refund. I was told that I would get one on 12/1/22. Then the shoes came randomly when I had already bought other shoes because this was a "ghost order." The shoes that randomly came look very worn and look like knock-offs. Was told 12/1 I'd get a refund and still none. I no longer wish to jump through hoops and waste my time trying to submit so many things that the site doesn't even allow bc the pictures are "too big" even though they're the appropriate size.

I have purchased some Jordan 1s, 4s, 12s, 13s and a Gucci belt. I have found most products on StockX to be good quality as my 1s, and 12s fit great and are legit. My Jordan 4s ( Bred Jordan) I wore for the first time today and they are peeling. No clue what the material is but also no clue how this passed "StockX Verification". Can't get a refund of course but also just don't feel right purchasing $#*! from StockX anymore. Yeah there's good quality $#*! but there's also fake $#*! which clearly still passes their "verification". Wish they would have better service to loyal customers who spend money with them. Putting the customer first seems to be lost with StockX. Just bought my brother 13s and plan on cancelling them ( if they ever ship). Buy at your own caution as you can see.

This was my first experience with StockX. I made a purchase which came visibly damaged and re-taped by FedEx. I reached out to StockX support and asked for a waiver of claim so I could work with FedEx to resolve the damage caused (the shoe box was destroyed), they would not provide one. Instead they offered for me to send it back to them so then they could make a claim with FedEx for themselves (my guess is so they could keep both the sneakers and the claim money). Meanwhile that particular sneaker went up $50 in price so I would have had to pay more for a replacement. They offered me free shipping for my next order, which is miniscule anyway. I will rethink purchasing sneakers from them again in the future as my collectible sneakers have now been severely devalued at my expense.
I ordered my daughter some dunks from stockx and we never received her sneakers. They were signed for in Baltimore Maryland and I never received a refund! The process was draining to even get the Refund on top of it all never again will I spend that kind of money online what a horrible experience for me and my daughter! Overall things could move faster, and there does seem to be some dead listing, like one bid was never acknowledged by the seller, and there was no buy now option with the desired price or reserve so that kinda sucked but the purchase I did make, aside from being a little slow through the process was good. I bought below retail but by the time you consider stockx fee and shipping I wasn't far from paying retail at all. Shoes I bought were 84 and normal retail is 120, fees did eat most of that middle ground….t

Then told me they still cannot use my card, never told me why and suggested I just keep trying cards until they work. There is no way to delete your card info from their site.
