Disgustingly negligent when it comes to data and information. They have not stopped harassing me with marketing emails, despite me unsubscribing numerous times. Their one job if authentication. I've sold many times on stock x. First time buying, they sent the incorrect shoes. They'd sent the 2020 grinch when I've paid for the 2010 model. I'm on my second business day after buying my ps5(4 days counting the weekend), and what they don't actually tell you is that the wait time is two days for the seller to ship to the middle man that you just paid top dollar, then you get to wait for the middle man to ship it to you. For the top dollar you pay, you could just as easily,(and probably less) get it elsewhere much quicker. I have it three stars, because I was willing to pay the amount, even if it's very similar to a black market loan shark. We'll see how long it takes for Mr. X to deliver, and I'll repost!
You cannot sell anything on StockX because the website that they outsource for their "payout" doesn't communicate back to StockX. So when you try and update payout info, you are out of luck. It's extremely glitchy. Use GOAT.

This site is a farce with inflated numbers and no rules on how that inflation happens. Don't compare yourself to the stock market with no governing body. I witnessed several times. From a friend of mine and myself that they change numbers based on nothing and allow the sellers to make fake bids. Driving the price of items through the roof. Customer service is trash you would hope for more with a company holding onto top shelf items.

I purchased a very expensive pair of Air Jordans on this site. When they arrived they did not fit my daughter so I re-listed them on the site and purchased another pair at the correct size. The original shoes sold and we sent them to StockX. They then emailed us to let us know that the shoes we returned had not passed the Quality Assurance (QA). This was confusing since they had just come from StockX and were in EXACTLY the same condition. After way too many emails I finally received pictures of the 'wear' they claimed caused the shoes not to pass QA. I then asked for pictures from the QA BEFORE the shoes were originally sent to me - they conveniently do not have those pictures. This company is a sham. Do not do business with them.

No other way of describing this business but 100% fraud. Do not buy/sell here. They will "not sell" your product and instead say it is "unauthentic" when the shoes are clearly 100% dead stock. I have sold several pairs of shoes on stockx and have yet to receive any of my money. The amount is well over 1500. 00 and it has been over a month. I have tried to contact them but there is no number and no email address. I will never sell on stockx again. Which is sad because I have to resort to other websites to sell.

It was NOT listed in the details there was a defect and their "inspections" OBVIOUSLY DO NOT protect the consumer... GREEDY, IMPRACTICAL business. They do not protect the buyer at all and have a ridiculous policy. All tags and everything STILL attached and they still deny me customer service. I will never make another purchase from them again.

Like many others around Christmas time I was looking for the new Xbox series x and there were none at the stores. I did some research and found that Stock x was selling them with a markup. I looked up company and then decided to buy an x box series x from them. Paid $150 more than selling price so I could get one for my kids. When I completed order on December 22,2020 I was given a delivery date of January 5-January 15 for delivery. As I waited for the item to ship I read all the negative reviews and became very concerned. December 31st I received e mail that x box was verified and would ship soon. I received the x box today January 6 th and it was wrapped in plain box so no one would know what it was.
As of today you still cannot find the new Xbox at stores so I feel they provided me with what I needed as promised.
All the bad reviews scared me but StockX came through for us.

I waited 2 weeks to hear that my order was canceled because the seller sent me the wrong size! I was pretty upset because I was really excited. But hears the thing, It happened twice after I waited a month for the size I wanted to be reposted! I give a 2 star and do not recommend it. The refund was very fast, coming in the next day. I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 low Shattered Backboard Sneakers that were advertised as new. Upon opening the box, it was apparent that they were not new. The soles showed dirt on the bottoms and the sides showed slight scuffing. There was also slight scuffing in the area around the ankles. They were either extremely shop worn or worn at least once. Since these were a Christmas gift for my daughter, I showed her the shoes later that day and she did not want to keep used shoes. The same day they were received, I took the numerous photos required for the return, including photos of the tag that they attach, still attached to the shoe, and through emails the return was approved. Now the company is claiming that the tag was tampered with (removed), so the return is denied. If the tag was tampered with, it was by StockX after receiving the return to have a reason to return them. There wasn't even time to have worn the shoes. I ordered from this company before, without any problems, but now I will not order again because this is how the handle a problem. The tags seem to be a nice scam to deny returns. Even though I have photos showing it was attached, there is no way to prove it was that way when shipped. I am currently debating filing a complaint with the BBB to warn others.

I ordered a ps5 for my son on the 11th of dec after reading reviews and researching this company i decided to give it a chance because some of the reviews were unreasonable and you could honestly see what was going on minus a few cases. I know many that said just wait but i dont like chasing things so i purchased from them. By the 15th the seller shipped it. By the 19th it arrived at stockx fior authentication and sat at the shipping dock for pickup. It was picked up(i kid you not) by UPS on the 22nd early that morning.
