He is waiting to get the sneaker for retail or lower price taking the 15 dollar fee for not sending within the 48 hour deadline.And walking away with money he never had a product for. There authentication process is a sham I received a pair of Adidas tennis shoes I've had $178 for. They have the tag on them that they had been authenticated. I had enough pair of Adidas shoes to know immediately they were fake. I took them to the manager of the store in Portland Oregon and he confirmed there were numerous ways to know they were fake. StockEx would not give me the information on how to return them they kept saying I had to do all these different steps just to return them. They are a fraud they are a sham do not order anything from them
I recently sold a LV soft trunk through StockX. After they received it and it went through their authentication process, they deemed it inauthentic. This came as a huge surprise to me, but what really frustrated me was the fact they charged me a penalty fee of 15% of the sale value, which was $480. I write to their customer service team asking for clarification / proof that it is inauthentic and I state that I would like the penalty fee refunded. All they write back is that their authentication team noticed irregularities and that they cannot refund the fee.
So as a possible resolution, I offer to pay for a third party authentication service of their choosing to take a look at the bag to verify it's authenticity. I also note in my response to them that I have the original receipt from the store and would also like pictures to proving the irregularities that their authenticators are claiming they saw. They basically sent me the same response as before, stating that they won't refund the fee and that they are doing me a favor by not suspending my account. This is crazy to me, since the resolution I proposed would be on my dime and would not cost them anything.
It's also worth noting I've bought and sold many items through them before, and all of the items I have sold prior to this passed authentication. You would think, given my honest history, that they would be willing to work with me on this issue. Nope. I guess they would rather have their $480.
Since they are unwilling to work with me, I will be filing a claim on the charge through my credit card company and if that doesn't work I will take the issue to small claims court. I am not accepting a $480 penalty fee (even if it ends up costing me more) on a bag that I know, and can prove, is authentic.

Horrible CS, they are not use full. Tried canceling my order before it was shipped or I thought. They will not update you on your order status and will not let you opt out of the purchase by canceling it before it is even ship out or anything. Supervisor will not take your case, when requested for a supervisor. Representatives type down whatever $#*! is being shoved up their $#*!.

Every day, on every Facebook post, write about what are thieves in responses. They will never reimburse me (almost 200 €) but I will not let go.

Bought a $374 dollar pair of Jordan's, work over the road so I don't get home to wear the shoes until February 18th 2021, bought the shoes December 24th 2020. Got home put the shoes on, wore them for a few hours, and the shoes separated at the soles! On the side, and on the bottoms! Contact these pieces of filth that say there's nothing they can do about these damn near $400 dollar pair of shoes, because it's beyond the 3 day after delivery period for refunds or exchanges. Now, these shoes went straight from the box to my feet and they literally come apart so the 3 day excuse is complete bs! There's no way they can verify the shoe as they claim or there's no way they would've sent that crap to me unless they knew the shoes were defective! This is obviously their game, I will never buy anything from this joke of a company! Buyers beware!

I bought two PS5s from here. The first one was by mistake. I meant to buy the disc version and I purchased the digital by mistake. I looked up the information on returns and let me start out by saying they do not accept returns at all. I figured that's fine it was my fault. The box came with no padding in it and a dent on the corner of the PS5 box. But being that the box the PS5 was in was a tight fit I figured it would be fine and it was. I checked it. I then purchased the right one. OMG! What a horrible mistake. The shipping box looked like Fed Ex was playing kick ball with it. The tape around the box looked like it had been removed and retaped. The box it came in was waaaay too big for the Ps5 and there was ABSOLUTELY NO PADDING IN THE BOX! The PS5 box was missing the green authenticity sticker, the PS5 box it's self was ripped in all places. I immediately took pictures and sent this to StockX. By the way everything is through email. They do not have a number to call for customer service. They pretty much told me that because the authenticity sticker was removed that there was nothing they could do! This was yesterday. I am so scared to test this thing out today because at this point they won't do anything about it so I just lost almost $900. Please do not purchase a PS5 from these people. I paid $875 for something that looks like I pulled it out of the dumpster.

I sold a PS5 on stockx, dropped it off for shipping at Staples UPS on 12/30/2020. Its March 2nd, 2021 and there was never any evidence of the package being shipped at all. UPS didn't let me open a claim because I wasn't the shipper OR the recipient. Staples won't submit the claim because StockX supplied the label and are technically the owner of the label. StockX waited EXACTLY 60 days to tell me they don't do anything because I shipped it from Staples and is a "3rd party." Well that 3rd party is an authorized UPS location. Now can you guess how long you have until you can submit a claim? 60 days! Again, they took 60 days to tell me they would do nothing. Far as I'm concerned you stole $500+ tax from me. I will never do business with you bastards again. I have the UPS drop off receipt. I have the UPS manifest screenshot and I have the first email from StockX stating they can see the package was on its way (which was a bold faced lie). I will post wherever I can about my experience in hopes of steering at least ONE person from trusting you. You make millions and can't help recoup $500 for the common man.

Purchased a pair of True Blue Spizikes from StockX. Once received I look at them in the box and put them up. Decided 3 months later to wear my shoes had them on for maybe 2 hours and the whole shoe fell apart. The Jordan logo fell off of both shoes, the sole came completely off of 1 shoe and you could literally scrape the "paint" off the shoe. I contacted customer service who took no responsibility at all or tried to offer anything to make me whole. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

Customer service isn't great fees are more than any other shoe selling platform shipping times are unreasonable and the app is slow and they don't have new shoes dropping until they drop or a few days before.

Warning - Do not purchase from StockX - Scammers! I never written a bad review, here's the first! They send multiple e-mails with confusing and conflicting information. I bought a pair of shoes, got 5 e-mails giving me conflicting info. I thought I didn't win the bid, so I went and entered another bid. Few days later, I get multiple e-mails advising I'm getting both shoes. Contacted support to see if I can get one of the transactions cancelled before they ship the product.
