I recently ordered the Men's Powercore Leather Bracelet. I love it! The quality is exceptional. The pricepoint is great for this quality piece. It's a stunning addition to my jewelry collection and compliments the pieces I already had.

After managing the stubbornness of the status of my address and the site, I finally got the watch. Quelle Surprise! The watch was NOTHING like what was described/shown in the advert! I can't see any of the features as the dial is SO very small to allow those of us visually challenged; there is no indication that the watch itself is so tall! No normal watch wearer would allow such a monstrosity to sit their wrist! I did not even take the watch out of the box - it was returned immediately: I best not be charged for postage for this return/refun, it was nothing like I expected!

I ordered the timeless tourquoise necklace and earrings set, and the color of the turquoise in the earrings was much more blue than the more green in the necklace. I was very disappointed and returned the set. I am waiting for the credit on my credit card.

Before deciding to order this Swiss Noire Bienne Leather Watch, I searched the Internet on Seiko, hoping to find one that is made in Japan, suits my taste, and is affordable--only to no avail. Anyway, this Swiss watch looks great to me. Hopefully, it would last long for me.

I ordered an item for my 50th anniversary. It never showed up and I never received a notice that the item was no longer available. I had to make other plans. When I looked at my account it indicated backordered, later it was cancelled but I never received a notice of any kind. Better communication with customers would be a great service and don't offer items that aren't available.

If they could be rated lower they would be.

We ordered multiple items, 4 of which were bad.

They have an arrogant customer service.

I think they are just a front for some foreign overseas group.

I bought a watch for $51.84 on Dec 29. I retured the watch on Jan 9th. I got a refund of $20.69 on feb 17th. I called and they said the differnce was for freight.They talk about how easy it is for returns, but they don't talk about the hidden charges. They say read the fine print. Who want's to deal with a company like that.

Have bought several items from Stauer but one ring lost a stone after just a year of wearing maybe once or twice a month. They have refused to do anything to remedy the situation.

It arrived as scheduled and appears to be a good looking watch, but because I wear my watches under the wrist instead of over, at times the buttons get pushed and the watch changes settings.

I bought two items from Stauer. First I bought a really nice looking hunting knife because I collect knives. They give you a really nice looking leather sheath for the knife. I did not use the knife because I wanted it to stay new so I put it in the sheath. After two weeks I pulled it out of the sheath, and there was really bad rust on both sides of the blade. I had to buy some medal polish and was able to buff the blade out and remove the rust but really had to work hard at it. I could have sent it back for an exchange, but really don't trust them. The second thing I purchased was a men's Benson Jacket. The jacket was way to big and very heavy, so I decided to send it back since they supposedly have a 100% guaranty (which is BS). The jacket was $149.00, plus a ridiculous $50.00 shipping charge,$15.00 tax, and $3.75 for insurance, what ever in the hell that is. Anyway, I sent it back, and out of the total of $188.91 that I paid, I was only given a $117.00 refund. I was ripped off. These people are criminals, stay clear of them if you can. They sell cheap crap, and try to make it look like you are buying shelf merchandise. Be aware!

This watch company cuts every corner to make a very cheap made watch that is not worth buying. I bought one that didn't last a month. Avery bad choice.

The gold over silver chain looks real & feels comfortable, and is a perfect length.22 inches. It can be put over oneshead without disturbing the clasp. Lobster claw.

ALL THE ADVICE YOU WILL READ ON THE WEB IS TO GO TO THE JEWELER (IF THEY FEEL LUCKY TAKING THE WATCH APART).

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE overall, with a broad spectrum of product choices throughout the company catalog. The prices are also very competitive, and are often far less than those of other brands. Likewise, the ease of shopping online, or through customer service, makes it a pleasure to do business. I have been a customer for several years, and I have yet to be disappointed with anything I have purchased.

They did not sent the bracelet I ordered. The one that was sent has a structural defect. I will not buy any further products from this company, very poor quality, very disappointed, not worth it.

Very good service, everything looks incredible, handmade jewelry significantly increases the price for these products, everything is very simple and of high quality

Do not buy from these people, I tried to make a purchase for Christmas they said they could not ship to a different
Address than my billing, so I cancelled and used a card with the same billing and shipping address, knowing I would have to pay additional shipping to get the present out. Then I get an email and a phone call asking for a copy of my ID-um, can you say NO WAY! The lady on the phone wanted my credit card company phone number and my account number so she could call them-can you say NO WAY! This is a serious scam and I hope someone shuts this down-I found them in my NRA book of all places. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DEAL with these people!
