Placed order for my Eagle Eye glasses and received them in 4 to 5 days. Glasses were as advertised. I wear them on bright sunny days and also partly cloudy or thin cloud days that are still bright. Glasses are very comfortable.
My Stauer watch looks expensive, but is made very cheaply. The alligator band is made of plastic and broke within a month. I love the looks of the watch, but I would rather pay more for a decently built watch. Stauer cuts corners at every step. I won't be buying any more products from them. Once bitten twice shy.
I am a platinum member, paid for the privilege. The thing is, they give you a price of their 'sale' item, then stick it to you with ridiculous shipping fees. The margin on the items sold is more than made up for with the add-on fees (30%)! It's the old 'shipping and handling' sham by telling you it's for 'insurance' regardless of the weight of the item.
I have purchased many different rings from this company in the past and just recently. I think that the quality is very good. I haven't had any issues with any of the rings, and people comment on them all the time.
These pieces are stunning! The pictures don't do them justice. The coral necklace and earrings are classically beautiful and eye-catching! I've already worn them several times. I'm so glad I bought them!
I have bought three watches in the last year two of them the bands were either disconnected when I received them or popped loose on the first day the third one the second hand just floats when I contacted stauer they said if I would buy an extended warranty for $17.95 they would fix them why should I pay for an extended warranty when they weren't working when I got them. I see 100% satisfaction guarantee in their ads. Bull$#*! beware stauer is junk they look pretty but they are junk.
The ring I ordered is everything I expected. However, based on my last few orders I've also learned to expect delays...after my most recent order, I received an email the following day that my order would be delayed because it was out of stock.that's been the story of my last several orders...I'm happy with the merchandise, but not happy with the process.
My boyfriend paid over $100 for the Italian Murano Glass necklace and bracelet. It is strung on flimsy black yarn and the bracelet broke the first time I wore it. Also he gave me the Scienza Ruby Romance ring and it bent! I'm sorry he wasted his money.
I destroyed my first one in 3 months. I got a green one this time and will only use it as a dress watch. It took a while to save up and then a discount came up and I was able to afford a new one.

Beautiful and comfortable watch with a surprising amount of literature thrown into the package. Only complaint is that, when shown as in stock on Stauer's website, it was on backorder for around a month. Beautiful design and I couldn't be happier with the product.
I always dream to have a "Helenite" from Mt. Helen to tribute & remenber each person that is gone due to this momentum... Then checking always "Stauer" found the Pendant & Ring and bought the "Heart of the Volcano" for my wife and Everything was perfect from the description/placing the order/time if shipping and receiving plus the presentation of the items was worth for my Queen. I got my set yesterday and it's beautiful. I did get charged the wrong price, but I called and the Customer Service people I spoke to were wonderful and corrected it. It is an amazingly beautiful set for the price. I will definitely buy from Stauer again!
My family & I have purchased alot of watches, necklaces, & etc from Stauer and always received quality items. The watches are still working some as long as approximately 5yrs or more. Good customer service & quick shipping. I do not understand the low ratings! Ty Stauer.
The watch arrived in time for hubby's bday and he loved it; however, I wasn't impressed with the ring, sadly disappointed actually. I have purchased rings in the past and was WOW'd by them, this emerald, not so much.

The first time I called and got told was my taught and would receive by Friday. I called back the next Monday and the lady was nice and reshaped my item since the first time I called that lady didn't do anything.
I selected the pendant with chain using my phone, then found the same item cheaper. The picture was the same. I selected the cheaper one. The copy stated it was the pendant only. This was after the product was BO for three weeks. Sadly disappointed…'
Stauer charges you a big money for shipping and indicates the UPS as an original shipper and then after a couple days they transfer it onto the USPS and you have no chance to track the shipping status. Also, USPS office do NOT deliver the package to your home but leave you a message that they tried to deliver the package and nobody was at home?! USPS are also lied of course. Now you have to waste your time and go to their post office and pickup your package. Totally unprofessionally by Stauer and poor business by USPS. Paid $15.95 for shipping... Never ever will buy anything from Stauer.
I paid for Platnum membership. You sent me coupons for money off "ANY" purchase. All rejected. Platinum membership is nothing? What are all the coupons for?
I found out that for some reason, every time I made a purchase, a new account was opened in my name.Therefore, my coupons couldn't be applied. There were 3 accounts generated under my name.
I have ordered quite a few of of Stauer's products knifes, jewelry, and home decor and all of their products have been 100% satisfactory. Good quality products for a great price, their jewelry does not tarnish and their products are always enclosed in elegant packaging which makes it great to gift the items for a luxurious appearance. Customer service is great and they are always offering discounts and deals for your purchases!
