It's been ok. And I wear a good bit of what is sent. But I feel like you didn't take into consideration the outfit pictures that I sent you as my preferences. You also sent way too many flannels, Two pairs of black jeans, and way too many watches

Lukewarm fashion

Keep Missing the Mark

I have uploaded photos on two separate occasions and spoken to a stylist and I get clothes that either do not fit or are not my style. I keep having to return the clothes

Good clothes and style

Good clothes easy hassle free exchanges. Will eventually use again. One piece of advice to stately. You should offer boxes without a membership. While I can pause on boxes for up to 2 months would be nice to have a permanent pause until you want more.

I have really liked less than 50% of the pieces and I don't need a new belt every box and I definitely don't need socks in any box.
I am still looking for the box that wows me, and I am happy to give it another try to see if the feedback gets incorporated.

They can do much better

I first signed up during a black friday promo where they advertised $500 worth of bonus items with your first box. I received the same bonus item 3 times despite providing feedback I did not want that item (watch) at all because I already owned many watches, they sent me 3.

On several occasions they have sent me items that are exactly like items (even in color) from previous boxes and they're sending me items that are not in my style profile.

Do yourself a favor and go to Nordstrom Rack and pick out clothes you like, because that's all this box is and by doing so would be cheaper.

Customer service is non responsive to complaints and feedback. Save your money.

When orders are shipped, no notifications are given. Payment is withdrawn from accounts before product is shipped and can be inspected.

I specifically stated to the stylist that we are in summer in New Orleans from April thru October, yet they are still sending me long sleeve fall/winter shirts. They ask for feedback, but I don't think they read the feedback?

The first time I got a box for my husband was around Christmas time and the outfits were great. Everything looked great. The brands were great and we were very satisfied. The second box that came was more towards March so we had high hopes of early spring outfits and were disappointed when we had similar clothing to the first box. The brands were less exciting, and the clothing looked almost similar to the first box. The third box we received thinking maybe the second box was just bad luck was almost identical, black jeans to the first pair and nothing else in the box brought any joy so we decided to cancel the subscription

I had a good experience with Stately. Exchanges were easy. My only negative would be the boxes were getting predictable. My last two boxes were almost identical in content style and color.

Just the look I wanted

I never have time to go shopping and no idea what would make good outfit combos but everything I've received so far has been beyond perfect. Going out I feel more confident in my appearance and have gotten compliments from everyone who has saw my new look!
