Overpriced on most items they do have a lot and have bought items during black friday but that's about it
If I need a desk or a chair by 10 to go to Staples. But I wish I could pick up the item there instead of having to have it shipped.
Every time we go there, there is no one available to help you. IF you can find what you need, then you have a long wait in one check out line.
If you try to order an item on sale, they wait until the sale is over and then they cancel it so that you have to pay full price for it.
Delivery is fast. Products are great. No complaints here Staples is great to deal with. Have been shopping here more often like the service.

They have sometime some good deals but price wise they are no competing. You have find most of the product online half price.

Staples is my go to for various office supplies; whether it be for work or my office at home, they have literally everything office related.
Bad customer service, they even don't know well about what they are doing and how to sell. Even don't have manners to behave like professionals.
The STAPLES located on ******* Campus Way South, Largo MD ******* is horrible, horrible customer service in relation to getting mail shipped using their UPS services. October 13,2020 First off the employee who first assisted me in regards to using their UPS services was very unhelpful when I asked him for assistance with getting a shipment sent out he seemed to not want to help me or respond to my questions, I ended up having another employee help me send out a very important document that I was trying to ship to my daughter in California. I left feeling better that he was more helpful but now I'm I am completely displeased for it seems they have lost my package, it is now OCT 19 it should have been delivered by now but tracking says still waiting for UPS pick up, I called STAPLES for help, first employee told me to contact UPS because they come to store everyday and pick up packages, ok so I called UPS, UPS says they never received the package. I then call back to STAPLES and employee gets the manager Kevin on the phone, he was totally very blah about the whole incident, repeating the same thing previous employee said, UPS comes everyday to pick up packages and if they did not scan it then he doesnt know what to do, so basically they don't know where my package is. Kevin seemed to care less about the importance of my package nor did he offer to refund my money or apologize for losing my package smh never again!
A huge variety of stationary and of excellent quality but the odd item can be a little steep in price, but the quality is what exceeds this.
Someone from my church works at Staples. I like them well enough. They always have the specialty printer paper I want. I buy holiday paper from them.
