This was my first experience with Stackry, and I can happily recommend them. I had a valuable package which ran into some difficulties in being shipped to Australia (these problems were owing to the courier, not Stackry). Stackry quickly sorted the issue and got the package to me with minimal delays. I wish they had options to change the currency. I am from Australia and I chose stackry because I assumed the price would be that of the delivery country. It was USD and more expensive then other options I'd found.
Definitely a great service - I especially like that they offer to consolidate several packages. But I feel that the service is a bit expensive, especially when you convert to Canadian dollars - probably has to do with the exchange rate which is obviously not their fault.

Not withstanding this affirmation I consider their shipping rates somewhat on the high side. Service OK, prices expensive.
It the end they refunded the damaged product. But don't get them to repack, the repacking was bad. Always keep original packing and I think you should be safe.
Your repacking was very weak. Some buttons and a corner of the mixer is broken. You only packed the mixer in thin bubble plast and did not protect the corners or the packs inside to bump in to each other.
I used Stackry to ship an item I bought from the USA to the U. K. and as I had never done this before needed some help. Stackry customer Service was the best I've come across. They guided and advised me through the whole process which was also very simple. The website is easy to navigate and keeps you updated of every stage your parcel is at. The prices are also the cheapest I've seen when shopping around for this service.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to buy items in the U. S and have them shipped to the U. K. if the likes of Walmart ect don't ship overseas.
