Pricing over exaggerated. Reply to my emails for holding payment in advance and refunding in Stackry account without informing me. I was checking bank per Stackry instruction! Waiting for refund cost me hold packages fees 23 usd.! And hazmat doesn't require deciding for extra charges. I have Benn shipping since 20 year. This is toooo

Are there any less expensive shipping options available if delivery within 2 - 5 days is not required?

Excellent service, always received in good time and well packaged.

A million more times better than the Posta-Plus company. A lot better than Aramex Shop and Ship. And better than borderlinx DHL.

1- in case long time i dont log in, every time i shoud change the password.
2- The app looks and the app options is look like regular site, its poor to Apple applications wold.
3- the prices of the shipment to my country is very hight.
4- UPS is the worse shipment ever, hope u removed it from the options its take too long time.

Dreadful experience with my last order, due to awful provider DHL. Paying so much for this express service, I'd exptect at least some service on their side. Two months with lots of e-mail back and forth until I've gotten my parcel. You should offer not only express but common registered mail service. See history. I wonder if this mailing will fare a bit better. I'm not very hopeful.

1-لم يتم شحن كل مشترياتي في شحنتي الاولي مع انه تم دفع قيمة الشحنة كاملة
والان عملت شحنتي الثانية مع ماتبقي من شحنتي الاولي التي لم تشحن وسنري ماذا يحصل خلال ايام واعتقد انها سوف تكون الشحنة الاخيرة معكم
2- اسعار الشحن مبالغ فيها تساوي ثلث قيمة البضاعة مع انها اشياء خفيفة وصغيرة الحجم في الغالب

This is a test run for me but the website is easy to use.

Very simple process but I was missing some invoices in my last order

Didn't want consolidation, no option to confirm selection before proceeding or or to cancel service. Customer service wasn't able to cancel it and did not provide a solution. Would like consolidation and storage fees credited as a result of poor processes and service.

Nice easy guided service. Just waiting for arrival

Shipping is way too expensive... adding more fees that are not necessary.
