I will take the time to write this as your "support" Layla, does not seem to have any regard for my situation.
My Stackry experience was a nightmare.
I recently shipped a consolidated package through your service (*******), and it arrived in Johannesburg South Africa on the 18th of Jan.
After opening I realized that one of the items were missing, it is the:
NOCO BOOST XL STARTER PACK.
I received an email stating that I ordered for the item to be removed as it was Hazmat - which I never did.
By then I had already included this item in my initial package (which included its weight), and had already paid for its shipment, insurance, and import duties - as I was unaware that it was removed.
According to Layla, the item was removed because of 'new regulations. What infuriates me is that your service failed to communicate these 'new regulations' to me with underlined effort (big and bold) before I included this item in my shipment and paid for its import duties.
I now had to pay for shipping again, and shipping this single item all the way to South Africa is costing more than what the product cost me. (The product cost me $94, shipment for this item is costing me $126,59 and now I have to pay import duties for the same item again. This completely defeats the purpose of using Stackry in the first place.
