This has been my first experience using Stackry and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the service! At each stage of the delivery I was kept aware of the progress of my package and its current location. Early on, I had occasion to speak to the very helpful Stackry team because Walmart (from whom I'd purchased an item) had forgotten to add my Stackry locker number despite emphasising how important it was. In a chat window, Stackry put that right in a heartbeat from the courier tracking number on the box. Tracking the package's movements across the globe was a little adventure in itself and I was delighted to see "Out for delivery" on the DHL link Stackry provided. Finally, a white van rolled up outside my house followed by a knock on the front door: my package arrived all the way from the US. I was thrilled to bits!
I confess that I was a little apprehensive about using such a service; but the item I wanted was unavailable in the UK (except for some unscrupulous sellers taking advantage and trying to flog it for 4x the normal price on ebay). The whole experience using Stackry convinced me that my initial worries were completely unfounded. I now have complete confidence using Stackry and this experience has opened up a whole new vista of shopping possibilities. I'm certain I'll be doing more US shopping in the future and without doubt I'll be recommending Stackry to my friends and family.
The services seems to be good, the shipping is a bit pricey, I guess not worth using this service for small/cheap items. I will be waiting 30 work days for my package without tracking...

I had problem with a package not being able to enter Mexico due to customs issues but Stackry has been helpful with helping me resolve the issue.
Hazmat for a stylus battery? Never heard anything so stupid. Contacted dhl and was told it could be shipped as normal. However the dhl option wasn't available on the stackry site. Why would I be charged 12.50 for a hazmat fee when dhl themselves said the battery was so small that it wasn't hazmat?. Website is so glitchy and poorly laid out.

My direct questions when emailing were answered generically. However, I found that the newsletters had better information on them. I like personal care. Also, $22 to consolidate my packages seems like a lot. At this point, I am not sure if I will use this company again.

السلام عليكم,. من اجل الشحنة 318696 لقد قمت باخيتار اراميكس من اجل الشحن, وبمان الرسوم الجمركية, و الرسوم على القيمة المضافة يتم دفعها مقدما مع اراميكس وبالتالي اراميكس لا تتمكن من معرفة ما تحويه الشحنة ويتم تحديد الرسوم بناء على قيمة الشحنة فقط., لذلك يتم اخذ هذه الرسوم,, في حال اخترت دي اتش ال او فيديكس, فان الرسوم سوف تقوم بدفعها عند استلام الشحنة
