نعتذرعن الازعاج الذي اصابك. كما ارى من معلومات الشحنة 359383. فانه قمت بطلب اعادة التغليف في تاريخ
4 من هذا الشهر, وتم الانتهاء من اعادة التغليف في نفس اليوم مساء, ولكن صادف ان هذا اليوم هو يوم الجمعة, وشركات الشحن لا تمر علينا في ايام عطلة الاسبوع السبت والاحد, ولذلك عندما دفعت انت للشحن في يوم السبت لم يتم الشحن الا في يوم الاثنين, تاريخ 7 من الشهر, وتم تسليم الشحنة اليك في تاريخ 9 من الشهر, اي ان الشحنة وصلت لك خلال يومي عمل,...
لذلك تعنقد ان هذا التوصيل سريع,

Our carriers charge us off whatever is higher, dimensional weight or actual weight of a shipment. We do believe our prices to be very competitive but keep striving to bring costs down for our customers. In your case, I can see you were billed on the dimensional weight due to the size of the box needed to accommodate the contents. I can also say that had the packages shipped individually, you would have paid more on shipping, so the consolidation service served its purpose in keeping the rate as low as possible. Additionally, I noticed you elected to prepay the Duty/VAT on the shipment through the service offered through Aramex, which increased the amount charged and paid at that time.
Versus our competitors, we also have no membership or receiving fees, free 45 day storage, and 0% US sales tax when you purchase items to be delivered to your locker (because we are in tax-free New Hampshire). The savings are there! Hopefully in the future we can gain your trust and business back. Easy to use mobile platform. Reasonable shipping costs.
The response comes back fast however I would only recommend such service as stackry if you are ordering something that needs a lot of care as they are expensive.
Seems the price of economy shipping is quite high.

ان الشحنة الخاصة بك هي عبارة عن بطارية ةبالنسبة لشحن الباكاريات فيهتعتبر مواد خطرة, وبالتالي سيكون هناك رسوم اضافية, ايضا بالنسبة لشحن البطاريات القوانين لا تسمح لنا بشحنها مع مواد او شحنات اخرى وعلينا شحنها لوحدها في شحنة خاصة بها,

I can recommend Stackry to any international Power Buyer, whether you use Amazon, Ebay, Etsy or any other ecommerce platform and are not in the continental United States.

بالنسبة لتكلفة الشحن, فانها تعتمد على ابعاد ووزن الشحنة ونحن نحاول جعل اسعارنا اقل ما يمكن بمايتناسب مع نوعية الخدمة التي نفدمها, ان الشحنة الخاصة بك مؤلفة من4 صناديق ذات ابعاد كبيرة نسبيا ووزن الشحنة الكلي هو160 باوند اي حوالي 73 كيلو غرام, وتكلفة الشحن لهكذا شحنة مع دي اتش ال اقل من اي منافس لنا في السوق, ويمكنك التأكد من ذلك,
