Quick service and responsive. My only complain is the photo of the packages. I would prefer if you show in the photo where the shipment is from, so it's for me to identify what's in it.
So far is looking good. 1 option I would like to have is be repack all the items removing it from the original bag. Would be like a person to person shipment, this can avoid an extra taxation in some cases.

Consolidation is very bad always the actual weight is high

Unfortunately we are not able to necessarily reduce the weight of the goods you are shipping, so the actual weight of your shipment is always going to reflect and be heavily influenced by the scale weight of the items themselves that are being shipped. The goal of consolidating is to help reduce the dimensional, or volumetric, weight of the shipment. Ideally a shipment would be billed on the scale weight after a consolidation has been conducted, as we would want to bring the dimensional weight below the scale weight of the shipment overall. So, based on your review, it sounds like we were able to accomplish that with your consolidation!
