Everything from start to end is and excellent experience, staff is great and very helpful.
Shipping rates on your site showed me shipping cost of ($127) but when i finalize my shipping and proceed to check out shipping rate jumped and 16lb weight doubled to 32lb. It cost me $305.57 US dollar in total.
Not Happy about hidden charges or fees on your site.
