STACKRY PRICES ARE SO SO MUCH MORE THAN what my others I know have paid. Especially considering ship 7 is offering much better deals.

Hi Aika, thanks for the honest review. Our carriers charge us off of dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. So with us, the size of your parcel can determine the billable weight of your shipment. We do have processes in place to help lower dimensional weight, such as a repack ($5) or consolidation ($2 per package). This is how our customers save the most money, however we must also keep in mind and consider the items themselves that are being shipped. In your case, I see you were shipping 80 lbs worth of candles. That is a sizable shipment, and one that even with a reduced dimensional weight/size after consolidation would result in being billed on the actual scale weight, due to the nature of the goods. There is no getting around the fact that an 80 lb shipment will likely be a costly one. We do have a calculator on our website to help determine shipping cost estimates before placing an order, which many of our customers find to be a useful tool: https://www.stackry.com/en/shipping-calculator
Versus our competitors, we also have no membership or receiving fees, free 45 day storage, and 0% US sales tax when you purchase items to be delivered to your locker (because we are in tax-free New Hampshire). I think Stackry have been fairly good from my experience so far. However, if paying to consolidate parcels, it's not seemed to save me any weight so far. It would also be great if you could estimate shipping, based on your potential consolidations, so that you could work out best value. It would also be great if we were given discounts for every few parcels shipped. Especially when using the service regularly. Thanks so much.

I used the service for a second time and problems begin to arise. Not replying for days and ignoring support tickets. I need to return some items, since the stackry saying that items cannot ships to my country. So I tried to return the items to the retailer but now they are saying they cannot return them. Since I have the right to know the reason. So I opened up support tickets, but they are ignoring all the tickets and seem like trying to steal. Very frustrating experience. Stay away from the fraud. I have seen good reviews, that's why I used the servide. But seems like all of them are fake and posted by the company itself.

I will acknowledge that it looks as though there may have been a miscommunication, or misunderstanding, with the handling of your return, so I apologize for this. To clarify for you, we are able to return your corrosive item back to the retailer. I see my colleagues have explained this as well, however it appears the return process has stalled.
