No discount code or discount for first time shipment.
Second time using Stackry and saved lots of money on shipping.
Ordered some trainers and the shipping to the UK was $58, I used the repackage option and the shipping dropped to $16.
The only improvement to the service would be an estimated cost after repackage (based on previous repackages) as choosing repackage is a bit of a gamble.
My order(s) was well handled and speedily combined into one parcel that arrived quickly! I'd be happy using Stackry again if I need to order from the US :))
So far so good. :) easy and efficient. Now waiting on package and hopefully process continues to be seamless!
Slow to non loading on Firefox browser. Also issue with Paypal payment, seemed to get to thank you for payment but when logged back in to dashboard showed pending payment. Had to use credit card and I hope Paypal payment will not go through and double charge. Also having an option for standard postage rather than courier would be appreciated
This is my second shipment with Stackry. The first i paid for all the bells and whistles - extra bubble wrap, extra insurance etc. I wasnt very happy with that shipment as the contents of the box were left to move freely inside, A couple of my comics were damaged on the corners. Reading the liability claim i found out that the extra insurance i`d paid didnt mean anything as I wasnt covered with the courier i had chosen. Why sell me extra coverage then? Beats me.
This time, no extras. See what happens.

Fast setup and quick notifications. I would have preferred to have DHL as a shipping option too.
A lot of API timeout errors during checkout that prevented me from completing a shipment, some sorted out after I waited a day. In general, the shipment completion UI times out and freezes a lot.

Very good service. The options for shipping are a bit high IMO especially since it doesn't cover import duties. But that consolidation packing is very good.
Great service overall, but some items were missing from my order. Have not had a reply from the customer services yet.
They are so slowly to ship back to Amazon it took 3 weeks for them to ship it back to Amazon

نعتذر عن التأخير الذي حصل, ان السبب في ذلك هو كمية الشحنات الكبيرة التي كنا نقوم بالتيجمع لها, ورغم ذلك بذلنا قصارى الجهد في الاسراع في عملية التجميع التي حاولنا ان لا تتجاوز 3 ايام عمل, بالنسبة لشحنتك فان عملية التجميع قد اخذت يومي عمل فقط ( لا يتم احتساب يومي السبت والاحد)
