Aramex charged 40 USD for VAT in my home country, but that is not true, no VAT unless my shipment gies beyond 800 USD. But, When i changed shipping company to FedEx, it did not add VAT and actually gave me a discount of 20 USD. Please find out why Aramex cheating you and your clients. Thank you.

Stackry was very diligent in documenting all the packages I sent their way, and when choosing for them to throw away the packaging and consolidate everything inside the smallest package possible, they took their time and everything they packaged was very safe and arrived in great condition. Please note that some retailers will not let you use Stackry's address; I ran into an issue where they had it marked as a business address and the retailer would only ship to home addresses. Weird restriction, and it wasn't my universal experience, but just be aware that it's out there!
Overall, though, my first shipment with Stackry was timely and safely packaged. Shipping was a little higher than estimated, but it was also a bit of a heavy box, so I was fine paying the FedEx fee they provided me.

I'm glad you ship to the Canary Islands, Spain, but the shipment simulator showed the shipping would be around 40 euros, and then I found out that option was not available at the time of using Stackry so it was almost 100 euros (insurance not included) what I had to pay eventually. Stackry may work well to the rest of users, but it wasn't my case. I hope Stackry will fix this issue, otherwise I'll use another parcel forwarding service.

I apologize that you found our shipping calculator to be deceitful, and after having the chance to look into this matter and your shipment further, I have an answer and explanation for the confusion and why you would have this impression.
Everything you've explained here is accurate. I see you were in contact with our customer service team about this too, and were not provided adequate guidance or support- this is being reported and addressed accordingly. The reason you were not offered the more affordable carrier when it came time to make your selection and make the payment was due to the declared value of your shipment. That value exceeded the limit set by the affordable carrier, resulting in them not being an available option for the shipment. Each of our partner carriers have their own set limits regarding certain aspects of a shipment (such as declared value, weight, girth, etc.), and these limitations vary not only carrier to carrier, but country to country as well. All of this said, the calculator tool we have does not ask for nor factor in the estimated or known value of the shipment, and therefore will not take that into account when showing you available options and rates after entering the address, dimensions, and weight of your potential shipment. This is not meant to be deceitful, it comes down to being a constraint of the calculator itself. I apologize for that, and for the fact that this was not explained to you when you contacted our team.
To sum up, the declared value of your shipment is what restricted the more affordable carrier option from being offered for your shipment, due to their set limitations. Of note, we do have a disclaimer on the shipping calculator page that says the following: "Changes in weight, dimensions, item value, and product classification will impact the final quote." If your future shipments with us have a declared value lower than their limit, we can expect it to be an available carrier offered to you. Prices are too high I don't think I will repeat the experience
Hi Sara! Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you ran into an issue with our pricing. I can see that you shipped a 6 pound package with us and paid on dimensional weight. Our carriers charge us off of dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. This is why your actual weight may have been showing differently than your billable weight. Because of this, repacks and consolidations are so very crucial in reflecting a low shipping cost. Yes, we charge $5 for a repack and $2 per package for a consolidation, but in the end they end up saving our customers money on carrier costs. If you don't see savings in a repack, then we are always glad to refund you that repack fee. Also, we have no membership fees, no receiving fees, free storage on any package for 45 days, and 0% sales tax on every package shipped to our warehouse (because we are in tax free New Hampshire). The savings are definitely there!

ان تكلفة الشحن يتم حسابها بناء على أبعاد ووزن الشحنة, حيثث يتم حساب الوزن الحجمي للشحنة ومن ثم مقارنته مع الوزن الحقيقي ( الوزن الحجمي يتم حسابه من خلال ضرب ابعاد الشحنة مع بعضها ومن ثم تقسيمها على معامل الشحن 166)
ويتم حساب تكلفة الشحن بناء على القيمة الاكبر, لان هذه الطريقة هي التي يتم محاسبتنا بها من قبل شراكائنا في شركات الشحن
نحن نحاول جعل تكلفة الشحن اقل ما يمكن بمايتناسب مع نوعية الخدمة التي نقدمها,
