I was sceptical at first on finding STACEES website and that the dresses looked gorgeous at such a cheap price. I decided to order and take the risk. I am so pleased I did!
My dress was tailored to my specifications, communications via email with Stacees Team was prompt, honest and so courteous. They made me feel like a VIP.

My dress arrived within weeks and was delivered, cleverly packaged with a dress holding bag.

When I opened it I was stunned, overjoyed and so excited! The dress fit perfectly, my alterations were precise and the quality of materials and tailoring was outstanding! My friends and family are so impressed that my daughter-in-law to be is looking at purchasing her wedding dress with Stacees!

After looking for over a month I found my perfect homecoming dress on Stacees website. I could've done custom measurements but the size chart seemed to be pretty accurate so I just went with my normal size which ended up to be perfect! The dress was beautifully made and fit like a glove. The shipping time was also accurate as the dress and earrings I purchased arrived within the timeframe specified. Stacees customer service has been wonderful as well. Any questions I had were swiftly answered. I will definitely be shopping Stacees for my prom dress or any other type of formal attire I may need!

I have ordered 3 dresses for my niece for her prom to try. We have been trying to return a dress that did not work for her.

I have contacted the customer service for returns and have no satisfaction. I have asked to return a dress in several occasions and all I get is a run around. I want to cancel the 2 I have on order to go somewhere else to do business. They offered me 20$ refund, absolute joke.

Buyer beware! They do not follow their return policy!

I have contacted the 4 times now.

Dress came late, was unable to use. Requested refund within 14 days, the took days to respond. Followed their process then they said I was out of the 14 day window. Now they won't respond

We ordered a dress for my daughters homecoming. It is heavy and has way too much material. She is lost in it. We tried to return it as they state they take returns. We have been given the run around and now are told they won't refund us. It was expensive and not as pictured. This is very disappointing considering you have to order most things on line now. Avoid at all costs. You can work with a better company that accepts returns.

I ordered 2 standard size dresses (unsure of my size.). When the dresses arrived, the fit was not flattering at all, and the color was too dull. Neither would work for my sisters wedding. I immediately reached out for return. They refuse to stand by their return policy. They keep giving me the run around, asking me for pictures of myself wearing the dresses (I am NOT sending them pictures of my body), trying to send me a custom dress that will "fit better", etc. The wedding was today. I do not need a new dress now. I just want to return the 2 dresses that I could not use. They do not respond to my daily emails and chats with their customer service agents anymore. AVOID AVOID AVOID. So unprofessional.

I ordered two dresses that were not custom because their website said you could return them if they were not customized. They are now telling me I can not return them and are only going to refund $25. All I want to do is return them and I even offered to pay for shipping. In the end I ordered the same dress in a different size and color on Amazon.

My dress did not fit. So I wanted to return it and then I was going to order custom fit one. They want me to pay to return the dress and then only refund me for 70% of the dress? They are slow to reply and now they have a very angry customer. They suggested then I pay another 80 to get a dress re made, SCAM SCAM SCAM

Watch out for this company. Their website says they will allow return and refund of standard size dresses, but they DO NOT allow this. After communicating back and forth for 4 weeks, they would not allow for a refund, even though their website says that they do.

I ordered two dresses in two different sizes and the color was NOT as advertised. I initiated a ticket to start return / refund process on date dresses were delivered (return policy states within 14 days of receipt). It took 5 days to receive reply - seller asked for pics of me trying on the dress. I replied NO - not a size issue and please start return. Seller then offerred a free dress. I said NO I want a refund. Seller then offerred $50 a dress so $100 instead of the $313 I paid. I have not yet resolved the issue. Do not buy from the seller!

Zero stars! Refunds, returns made easy...LIES. I ordered a dress for my daughter's homecoming thinking I could return it if needed because of what their return policy says. Again, all LIES. I've been emailing back and forth for weeks now. Telling me that they can remake the dress, for a fee and if I want to send the dress back the shipping fee would cost half the price of the dress. It's a jokes and lies. I am so sick of companies like this stealing customers hard earned money. This is what they are hoping for. People just ordering dresses and then hoping to be able to return them if the dress doesn't work out. Don't take the chance that the dress will be perfect. It's not worth it!

And as for Stacee's, you should be ashamed of yourselves for advertising easy returns and refunds and stealing people's money. Don't bother responding to this review either because that will just be lies too.

Do NOT purchase anything from this site. They claim to offer full refunds but they do not. Customer service is slow also. I urge you to look elsewhere!

Edited- Still out the full amount, even though they responded to my review. I screen shot their website that says full refunds and still have not received anything.
