I'm furious and exhausted. They refuse to accept your return and issue a full refund. They've offered $15 for an over $100 return. They're a joke, do not order from here ever.
I started a return 2 days after receiving the dress. It is now 3 weeks and at least 10 attempts later to get the return address. They will send every email to 'credit' $15, $30, etc... but they will not send the return information. I am starting a charge back and will get their return info that way.

My daughter is very very tiny, and I was thrilled to see that they offered custom sizing for an additional small fee. It was absolutely worth it. Her dress fits like a glove. She felt beautiful. It was made very well. I have gotten tons of compliments on how beautiful her dress was.

This a scam site. 1 out of 2 dresses we purchased were incorrectly "tailored". The last review I posted has been removed. I find that strange, as Stacees.com has not agreed to pay shipping & any other incurred fees. They MADE the tailoring mistake yet, WE are expected to pay for the return. No. They must agree to refund the entire amount and pay all return shipping & fees. I will not accept anything less.

Do not order from this company you will regret it! False advertisement Item does not look like photo the size is not correct, color is wrong & design is not the same as photo! I've requested a refund and they informed me that if I wanted them to remake it there would be an additional fee! Absolutely NOT it should have been correct when I received it!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying a dress. I was told my dress would be custom made for my measurements. I take a size 14 dress. The dress was much too small and Stacees would not honor their return policy. First they asked me to send a photo of me wearing the dress. Then they offered to 'make me another dress' and only charge me half the price of the material. The emails that I received from them always had clerical errors. I checked the address on the package the dress came in. The address was an address for a shipping company, not a dress company. Close examination shows that the Stacee label was added after the dress was made. My guess is the dresses they are selling are rejects from other companies. All the positive reviews boast on how well the dress fits! My guess is that these reviews were written by Stacee. I paid $200 for the dress and will donate it to someone who could use it.

My eldest searched high and low for a gown for prom. As soon as she stumbled upon Stacees she was thrilled! Ordered her dream dress and 2 weeks later, little sister was invited to prom. We received the first dress and were thrilled beyond belief at the craftsmanship and quality so naturally be Ordered the second kids dress here too. Only issue was now we were in a time crunch. I emailed customer service and they were quick to respond and got her dress to us super quick. Her dress also was of high quality and craftsmanship. Thank you Stacees for your excellence!

I purchased a dress and a pantsuit. The dress had padding and boning that went most of the way down the front of the dress. It was more of a chest plate. Even though they said it was made for my measurements, I could not zip the dress at all. It was supposed to just be an internal bra. The pants were completely oversized, and the top had satin lining that was so tight, I couldn't breathe. I sent the company pictures and told them I wanted a refund and I've heard nothing back.
