A huge thank you to Stacees for giving me my dream wedding dress. From the moment I ordered, they kept me up to date with the order progress. When the dress arrived I was absolutely blown away by its quality. The dress fitted and looked exactly like the picture
I spent months searching for flower girl dresses in the exact right shade of teal. I found Stacees and ordered a load of fabric samples which arrived after a few days, and I settled on the teal chiffon as it was the exact right colour. I ordered the dresses, with additional instructions - the dress as standard came with a gold sequin top and white skirt, and you could change the colour of the skirt in the options. I put in the free text area that I wanted a white sequin top, teal skirt and blush pink rose adding to the back. I also ordered a bespoke size because my girls are small for their age
I was very nervous waiting for the dresses to arrive! But wow! They are so beautiful, the quality is amazing and they fit perfectly. Actually better than I had hoped. I very highly recommend Stacees!

Terrible Customer Service Do Not Purchase From This Company!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You cannot exchange or return items for any reason. I was literally 2 days late requesting a return because my mom was in the hospital, NO EXCEPTIONS! In addition, it was not an altered item and came in my regular size which I have previously ordered and still did not fit. They would not have accepted a return anyway. I will be posting this review everywhere. Yes, please refer to the terms of return I agreed to... that is all you get, no compassion, empathy or exceptions. They only care about getting the sale. I am baffled, even with the NO return policy that they are still in business. They do not care about their customers!

Stacees customer service is A+, they went above and beyond, the end result was an absolute stunning dress for my mom to wear to my wedding. The picture online didn't do the dress any justice, the in person reveal was just gorgeous personified, from the detail and lace work to the excellent tailoring and fast shipping time was a win in my book. I ordered a dress from here for a wedding. Received the dress and it's not even the right color or material. Now it's the back and forth with the emailing and they are offering for me to keep the dress and resell it and offered me $60. This is BS. I've kept all emails to dispute to my credit card company showing fraud due to they provided me with an incorrect dress period. Save yourself the stress and do not EVER trust or buy from this company again!

I came across Stacees online while I was looking for wedding dresses under £250, as the budget for our wedding is very tight. I found a stunning one for £205, and although my wedding isn't for another 12 months, I ordered it in case they sold out. They kept me upto date throughout the making and sending process with emails. When it arrived I was so pleased, it has so many layers underneath that the dress looks amazing. The detail all the way down is beautiful, and although I still need to lose a bit of weight to fit into it (I ordered a smaller size on purpose), I know it is going to look stunning. I'm on day 7 of them giving me the run around and refusing to refund me. There is nothing wrong with the dress. It wasn't custom made. They are trying to cut every corner so I cannot return it - and trying to give me $25 for a dress that cost me $123.
WHAT A JOKE. Don't even bother ordering from them.

When I went to your online site, I was so excited at the many beautiful formal dresses displayed. I chose a beautiful dark navy blue lace dress and decided to have it custom made. I had a dressmaker take
My measurements, and then ordered the dress. Stacees kept me informed of every phase right up to its completion and shipping. The dress was completed so professionally and it fit me perfectly. I was very dubious about ordering online specially from a company i had never heard of. I ordered 2 dresses, a mother of the bride dress and a flower girl dress. The mother of the bride dress arrived first and when I opened it i was blown away with it, looks exactly like the picture and the quality is just as good as any high end clothes shop but with out the high end price. The flower girl dress arrived soon after and when we tried it on my 4 year old granddaughter it brought tears to my eyes, again the quality is excellent and the dress looks exactly like the picture. Highly recommended by a very happy customer.
