We had an amazing experience ordering from Stacees. The ordering process was easy and they immediately emailed to confirm the measurements we sent in. The dress arrived several weeks before the expected date. My daughter absolutely loved the dress. She loved the color - it looked three different colors depending on where we were - and she loved that no one else had a dress like hers. I had to two custom made dresses for my brothers wedding and they were able to make a dress similar to mine for my daughter for me, no problem, and the quality is really good and we had lots of compliments about the dresses too. The turn around was quicker than was given upon the order. They're always amazing communication throughout too. Highly recommend, I will most definitely be ordering again.

I bought a dress that was a standard size and the colour was wrong. They state on their website they provide a worry free return service. They would not refund my money. They stated I should resell the dress. Poor service :'(

I was overjoyed when my dress arrived! I couldn't wait to try it on, and when I did, I was thrilled that it was a perfect fit, everywhere! It only needed a couple of small tucks in the back to prevent any sagging due to my short waist. The length was perfect! I received so many compliments on the style and the color (which is my favorite) as the mother of the groom to my youngest of four sons!
I was very satisfied with the service. I was a bit nervous ordering for the first time, only using the size chart and online color selection. But I couldn't have imagined how beautiful the dress would actually be! Also, it arrived sooner than expected. After a disastrous miscommunication with another dress website, I found out that my prom dress wouldn't even arrive until after my prom. I was devastated, and so I was scouring the internet searching for dresses, until I came across the Stacees website. I looked through some dresses and found the absolute perfect one and it even had a rush service of 7 days, which meant that I would receive my prom dress right on time. I ordered the dress and to my surprise, it even came early! When I received the dress, I was shocked by how beautiful it truly was up close, even though I had ordered the rush service (7 days), it was still so beautiful and fit me perfectly, every detail was gorgeous. Customer service was always available to answer all the questions that I had and the dress was beautiful and wonderfully made. Delivery was spectacular and I was kept well-involved in the process, it was brilliant. If ever I need a dress for any special occasions, I'll order from Stacees!

The color samples were great, the dress was wonderfully made, and the customer service was responsive. I especially loved the feature that lets you enter all of your dimensions to have a custom fitted dress. It saved a lot of time and money for me in the long run.
