I would give zero if possible.
I bought a dress for my wedding that came with huge yellow spot on the neck line. The company refused from the beginning to take return and refund offering me silly10 pounds compensation, then 15, up to 55 pounds most. In meantime they blocked also my email address and also did not respond to any request to provide me with their full data, address and names of people I'm dealing with or any managers. As soon as you start having a prob with them you see the real reviews outside their website and people having lost their money. Avoid and do not believe nice pictures and nice reviews on their website!

Absolute nightmare, wrong shade, shoddy fabric, poorly made, not as picture. I emailed until they gave in with a £100 offer I didn't accept and returned with letter stating this, I received partial refund after 4 weeks so went to bank with all emails, pictures and screen printed all comments from this site! And today I got balance refunded... hurray! It took months so persevere, I'm just out of pocket for postage but at least I've learnt a valuable lesson and not ended up with a dress I wouldn't even sell on EBay! I have contacted Rip off Britain with story, trading standards can't do anything as out of EU regulations, I even contacted Hong Kong trading standards and they just fobbed me off! This company needs stopping now but I don't know who can do it, just keep fighting as I did, they hope you'll go away but I didn't, good luck ladies xxx

I wish I'd looked into this company before I bought the dress. I have got used to a lifestyle where I buy from the internet and have never been caught out like this. They say the dresses are made in france but they come from china. My dress is obviously a cheap copy of what is online and is huge. My measurements were checked and rechecked and they were not wrong. They will not refund me. I will be joining with others to get this company brought down. What a shame and inconvenience. I had brought this dress for my wedding.

I bought a dress that had a hole in the lace bodice it cost £98 they refused a full refund then offered me £5 refund and for me to take to a shop to have it repaired! They would not give me a return address & refused to give me a full refund when it states in terms & conditions full redund if damaged or defective! They trade in a U. K. Web address but are actually in Hong Kong which I didn't know! I am currently seeking advice to get my money back the dress is fit for no purpose! Please stay clear of them & be careful as they also trade under other names! They just don't care as they've had their money!

Absolute disaster!

This company is a complete joke. Myself and 4 bridesmaids all ordered our dress from them. Initially when the dress arrived we realised that measurements had been incorrectly taken and 3 of the 4 of us needed to pay for expensive alterations. However, this is all pales in comparison to the nightmare that was the colour of the dress.

All of us bridesmaids live in different parts of the UK and so the first chance we had to all meet up was the 4 days before the wedding. At this point we realised that we had been sent 4 different coloured dresses, and not all burgundy as ordered. This caused a huge amount of stress as we were 4 days away from the wedding, and had spent a considerable amount of money on the dresses.

We are now in the process of complaining to the company and trying to get our money back. The company are a nightmare to deal with, rude in response to emails, and as I'm sure everyone is well aware not based in the UK (despite trading from a UK website).

Avoid at all costs.

I made a mistake of ordering a wedding gown and was very disappointed when i received it. The website had a beautiful gown with beads on the waist line and the neck, the one i received have a plain white ribbon on the waist which looked very cheap. I sent the pictures to the team and they agreed its not the same and gave me options that they will send flowers for me to decorate myself. I also received a veil with flowers on it and they are very bad. I asked for a refund and then they say that the gown is the same as the picture and they didnot find any fault. I am still struggling with them for a refund as they are coming up with excuses.
Dont risk buying a wedding gown from them. I am sure they are ok with party dresses.

Just as well I did not to read all the negative comments before I placed an order. I went with my pocket at the end of the day, and ordered a debs two piece which in my mind was the nicest I had seen, and boy did I look around. I received an e-mail and phone call advising colour of the top would be slightly different than ordered so I went with it. I knew it would take a while and was probable made in China but what is't these days. It arrived yesterday and everyone in my house loves it and so do I. The quality is great and it fits just perfectly. I am so looking forward to my debs. Thanks to the girl that made it. Rock on
