Spreadshirt

I give less than 1 star if I could.
I placed an order and paid additional money to expedite it. The order was lost, I called Spreadshirt and was told they would work with the freight carrier to investigate the issue. I did it myself because I never heard back from them. I told them I was working with the freight carrier to find the order, I told Spreadshirt I paid extra to expedite the order, and I should be refunded the extra money I paid since it was a week later than the date I was to receive my order and I still had not received it. They said they would credit me back the extra money I paid, but I never received it.
When I finally received the order the finished product was horrible, the lettering was cutoff on the ends. Doesn't anyone there QA their orders before they ship out to the customer? This is to make sure the final product is correct and prevents complaints and returns.
Also, I rarely use my debit card for purchases, but I did for this one. Shortly after my online purchase with Spreadshirt I had a fraudulent charge on my card made to some restaurant in Las Vegas. So, if you ever purchase anything from this company online you better check your statement and make sure no suspicious charges shows up. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!
