I placed an order 10/23/20, paid $30+ for premium shipping to have items arrive on time. Late 11/2/20 I received 3 of the items ordered with a packing slip included that listed all of the items ordered! Quality of lettering is poor, not even close to pictures on site, quality of t-shirt received very poor, rough, definitely not "soft."
Email company daily, no satisfaction. No need now for items ordered for Halloween and political rallies over the weekend. $200 down the drain.
I won't order from them again. They sent me emails patting themselves on the back, "problem resolved." No it wasn't and when I pressed them... They suggested I refuse delivery as a solution, I live in a rural town with no mail service, all mail goes to a PO Box, I explained to Spreadshirt, it's not possible for me to refuse delivery, they don't care.
How about a return label and a full refund immediately.
