Spreadshirt

They sell used shirts and recycled shirts. The shirts had a smell. This is a waste of money. You will do better going to your local store and finding print to iron on. Will be posting another with photos. I've emailemailed and called and after 2 weeks no-one has called or emailed me back. What really sucked is that I referred others and the same thing has happen to them with the old smelly shirts. I will make sure they all send in a review with photos. I will be uploading photos soon.

Ordered a sticker through them as it was $1 cheaper than others I found online. A single sticker was all I ordered, so it should have been a quick and easy transaction. Paid $7.56 for it and within a day or so, received an email saying it was shipped. Checked the tracking number and it never seemed to get picked up. A few days later, still the same status, so I emailed them to find out what was going on. They assured me it was shipped and it should arrive soon. 3 weeks later, I still never got it. They said it was shipped, but again the tracking number didn't indicate it was even dropped off at the post office. 4 weeks elapsed before they finally gave me a refund. Complete waste of time and a joke of a company.

I paid for international premium shipping to my house. After waiting for multiple weeks I got a call from FedEx saying that I would have to pick up my order from a warehouse. On top of that I needed to pay double the original shipping fee in duties. I can't believe I was charged so much for shipping and had to pay triple the original price. Also, Spreadshirt never emails you when to pay duties, instead FedEx calls you at random times, and if you're too late they send the shipment back to SpreadShirt. Ordering and customer service was a nightmare.

I will never order from this company again. Not only was my delivery late, but I now have to go drive 35 minutes to go pick it up now AND have to pay $20 in import fees which I was not made aware of at the time of ordering……haven't seen the quality yet but can only imagine with how this has gone so far

Would have gave a zero rating if there was the option. I just received a FedEx bill for $87! The cost for "International shipping" at the time of my order was $39.99, which is pretty hefty however I was okay with paying as it stated it was for "international shipping" and I figured that was all I would have to pay. Nowhere did it mention I was going to receive another shipping fee for duties and tax 1 month later. I called Spreadsheet however they did not provide any solution. They only proceeded to tell me that these fees were out of their control. Maybe they should mention this before someone places an International order?! The cost of my item was $200 and I've now paid $126 in shipping fees for a 4.6lbs parcel. Crooks.

Placed and order with premium delivery and paid extra for it. When I got the email letting me know when the t-shirts would arrive, it said 6 days later than what I paid. For.
I called Spreadshirt support and received zero help. They said it was not their problem.
Never again.

Wondered why my custom tee shirt gift was late. Checked with Spreadshirt - they say "nothing we can do, its out of our hands. It was shipped USPS Priority just like you paid for!) - so I checked with Post Office. Not only was it NOT shipped Priority for the $11.89 I paid, it was shipped marked Priority for $4.52 and Post Office said its stuck somewhere because the postage was wrong for the package. This tshirt was for a grandsons graduation and I gave myself three weeks to get it here on time. Now it looks like its going to be sent back to Spreadshirt for their mistake. Not buying from these guys again.

I oredered a sweatshirt at 4:30 pm, realized that night that the sweatshirt I ordered was a zip up, wanted to change to a pullover, called the next morning at 7:45am and they told me no changes can be made, its already in production. Very doubtful. It states right on their order confirmation page "click here to make changes or cancel". Incredibly poor customer service.

Ordered 6 t shirts to test out sizes and quality. Eventually i wanted to order in bulk. The shipping is a scam if u go with the cheaper shipping it will cost u way more in duties because they are in US even tho the site states. Ca.
So by taking the cheaper and faster shipping (common sense) it will cost way more. For example my order was 170$ plus 20 shipping so it was 190$. The fedex person didnt ring but left a note saying i owed 76$ in duties. This goes from 190+76= 266. My order was 170 and with tax shipping and duty fees (there not actually in canada) it came out to 266 un expectingly. Customer service was rude and not much help. I hope this information helps someone save some cash in the future. Avoid this site.

Like most other reviews you will read here, I too ordered a shirt from spreadshirt on May 15th. I was sent a FedEx tracking number however, my package number seems to be linked to 2 orders being tracked - 1 that has been "in transit" in Newark NJ since May 21 and one that has been "in transit" in Mirabel Quebec since June 10! I live in Ontario! When I reached out to customer service, no one responds. It has been 5 days already. Be warned - stay away and save your money!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size in a hoodie. They sent me out a new one at no extra charge. They were so nice. The shipping was super fast and they answered the call right away.

I don't often give a review on products I purchase but I saw so many bad reviews of this website, I thought I'd give my own personal opinion. I read a lot of reviews saying shipping took forever, the quality of the clothes was awful, and some people were charged duty upon arrival. I had none of these issues. My confirmation email said my order would be here between June 14-June 28 (I ordered May 24th) and I got it in a June 14. The quality of our shirt was good and the customization was perfect. I wasn't charged any fees when my order was delivered and I live in Canada.

I wanted to print a logo on a new T-shirt. While the T-shirt is of average quality (when you match it for its price of $32, I could have got an excellent Nautica or Hilfiger for that price.), the logo that was printed was really of poor quality. Highly disappointed with my first experience.
