Do not buy from them. We have been waiting for over 5 weeks and no item and company will not provide a tracking number. Customer service keeps saying well if you don't receive your order on such a date then please contact us and they never do anything to answer our questions or even care that we don't have item because they have our money already.

Waste of time and money

Spreadshirt is the worst printing company that exists today. Do not even try it. Almost nothing they have on their site is ever available AND they'll tell you it is, only to tell you WEEKS later that it isn't. I have no idea what they claim to do but it's not business. It sucks to pay so much only to have NOTHING in return. Their customer service team is the most incompetent team ever. They'll send you tons of emails that have absolutely nothing to do with your order. Worst experience EVER shopping online.

Never arrived

I think this is the first negative review I leave in my life. My order never arrived and they do not provide a tracking number with a standard delivery. The only solution was to refund the money or they can give you a voucher to purchase it again (and wait another 20 days). The express delivery is 30 pounds and they do not cover it. Not suitable if your t-shirt if for a certain event or present. Girls from the customer attention service were nice though.

Nothing was wrong with our spreadshirt order and my son was absolutely thrilled to have one of his drawings on a t-shirt! Everything was effortless. Shipping was pretty quick also even for my son who could not wait to get his hands on it. We've had the shirt for a good while now and it is still holding up great wash after wash. My son wears it a lot. I make sure to wash it inside out as recommended. I do put it in the dryer but not on a high heat. The colors of his design came out perfectly and just like I had made them in my graphic software. The only fault was ours in picking the color of the shirt. It looked greener on the website and more blueish green when it arrived. We will order again with his design and be more careful about the shirt color in the future. The included photo shows the design still looking great even after months of washing and drying.

My first shirt was great so i ordered 3 others (these were all self-designed). One more came out pretty good. The other two were fuzzy and crooked on the shirt. Unfortunately i read the reviews after i purchased. I'm debating on whether to fight for some re-dos. Probably not cause I don't need the hassle. They came on time, so i'm giving two stars.

I ordered a hoodie back in January from one of the stores and stupidly waited for weeks before my father realized they had cancelled the order and hadn't even sent an email. When we contacted the store to get the order moving, they told us we had to make the order again, and wait like two weeks for it to get here. We weren't charged for the failed order, but I never got my hoodie.

Now I went to another store and bought a similar hoodie, it already reached my friends house and she said it looks good. I haven't seen it, because Spreadshirt doesn't deliver to my country, so I can't say much about it...

Though they delivered the order pretty quickly, I really hate that I need to bother my friend because there is no alternative to deliver to Chile.

They are great at printing but I ordered an xxl and it doesnt even cover my belly button. However they did refund me. The got great customer service but the 3 xl hoodie is something for a clown

Not bad not good

I ordered the shirt and paid for better shipping. The quality of the T-Shirt could be better but it's exactly what I ordered my only complaint is the HORRIBLE SHIPPING! The shipping is so poor that you get a UPS tracker initially but it's actually USPS or a joint collaboration but here's the kicker. It hit NN pretty quick but once it hit BJ they use a 3rd party to transport it to my local USPS and it took that 3rd party 3 or 4 days to transfer it to my local USPS. While with 3rd party UPS nor USPS had any way to find out where the package is and I paid a good amount on shipping. They obviously make a profit on shipping. I wouldn't order again because of the horrible shipping.

I purchased 3 t shirts for the first time from spread shirts, but unfortunately was not crazy about the workmanship or quality of the tshirt themselves. The prints are cool but the colors tend to be dull and non-vibrant. Will probably not purchase tshirts from this store with a $33 dollar price point per T shirt. If they improve on the materials and colors I would consider purchasing from them based on the tshirt designs.

I paid $40 for expedited shipping but the merchandise still arrived a couple of days late rendering them useless. I asked for a partial refund which was declined.

Not great quality. Logo came as pictured, but the shirt was made of cheap cotton that felt incredible thin. Sizing and cut of the shirt was strange as well, the collar around the neck had way too much fabric so it puffs up. Disappointed for what they charged.

Spreadshirt profits from a collection of t-shirts with "Veterans Before Refugees" slogans.

I am a combat veteran of the U.S. Army. I am also a refugee. Where do I fit in your narrow and simplistic worldview as expressed on Spreadshirt's t-shirts?

Ordered a dozen or so sweatshirts as company uniforms. One came defective (no logos at all). They only gave a partial reimbursement of the sweatshirt, since as mentioned above, you can expect to pay 50% of your order in shipping/duties.

They argue the fees are not their responsibility;

I counter with "i shouldnt pay shipping and duties on a defective product because you couldn't be bothered to realize you sent me a blank sweater?

Poor quality control

Hell that's akin to a chef sending out mashed potatoes, forgetting to plate the steak, charging extra for a glass of water, then telling you "well - yeah, you ate the potatoes so we have to charge you for the steak".

Not too impressed

While the process of setting up and publishing a shop on this website is simple and user-friendly, for some reason users are limited to be able to sell specific products despite having several more appealing items in inventory. Additionally, I find it very irritating that some products will not allow you to design some items with your artwork and design requirements are not disclosed. I have also ran into a few bugs on this website that at some point wouldn't allow me to add additional custom made items to my shop

I had a store with Spreadshirt and ordered a shirt for someone who did not have internet access. Because I was logged into my account when ordering, I did not receive commission. What difference does it make where the order comes from or who orders it? They still get a profit so we should still get a commission. I deleted my account and will stick to another platform that pays out commission nomatter what. Poor business if you ask me.

I ordered two custom t-shirts. They arrived on time, fit fine, and looked as pictured. However, I discovered a competitor selling the same artwork for about 30% less on a higher quality garment. I think Spreadshirt has shelled out for favored Google search results and in that light feels they can charge more. I ordered more of the same product from the competitor which also arrived on time, fit fine and looked as pictured. The garment was noticeably higher quality. When I weighed both the Spreadshirt and competitor's garments on my digital postal scale, the latter provider's product was about 20% heavier. In the requested Spreadshirt after-purchase review, I gave a negative review. Recommend any perspective customers look elsewhere to avoid being annoyed as I am about not shopping more carefully.

I placed an order 10/23/20, paid $30+ for premium shipping to have items arrive on time. Late 11/2/20 I received 3 of the items ordered with a packing slip included that listed all of the items ordered! Quality of lettering is poor, not even close to pictures on site, quality of t-shirt received very poor, rough, definitely not "soft."
Email company daily, no satisfaction. No need now for items ordered for Halloween and political rallies over the weekend. $200 down the drain.
I won't order from them again. They sent me emails patting themselves on the back, "problem resolved." No it wasn't and when I pressed them... They suggested I refuse delivery as a solution, I live in a rural town with no mail service, all mail goes to a PO Box, I explained to Spreadshirt, it's not possible for me to refuse delivery, they don't care.
How about a return label and a full refund immediately.

Very misleading return policy. They would not refund my money on a t-shirt, they stated in an email to me that "Every Spreadshirt product is uniquely produced and printed especially for you. This is why we unfortunately cannot accept a return of the order for a refund", but their site says "Refund of your product cost as long as the product was not designed specifically for you". They are not clear on the meaning of designed specifically for you. I chose a design from their site, I didn't use a design of my own. Anyway, I will not be using this company again.
