Spreadshirt

After being informed that the client's private Data was leaked, I asked them to delete all my account and Data, since I have never bought, sold, or really used their site and is my right in Europe to have this Date deleted. So, not only they had the Data hacked in their weak system, they refused my RIGHT to have this data deleted from their server.

They created and delivered our uniforms to us in Canada on exact time and their prices are reasonable for the level of quality, flexibility and service you receive from them! I ordered a hat but they are giving me a runaround about delivery. They are scammers. Do not buy anything from them you will just lose your money

The shirt was good
However the main reason for the purchase was the print on the polo shirt
Very poor design very light and can hardly be seen
Looks more like a stain that a clear and sharp image
Have tried to reach out to them but unable to make contact
Beware

I ordered a shirt and specifically indicated that the design be on the back. Design came on the front. Not happy.

I really wanted to give this company 5 stars until they decided to play games with me. Let me just say that I don't normally write reviews but I am so mad that I just had to. I ordered 2 shirts before Father's day that didn't arrive until the end of June. No problem right? Wrong! One shirt came with no sleeves. I emailed them and they were prompt, nice requesting a picture of the wrong shirt. I sent it. They agreed it was a mistake and offered to send the correct shirt while telling me to keep the incorrect shirt. No problem right? Wrong once again! I received a notice from USPS telling me something was wrong with the address on the item so they couldn't deliver it. I yet again emailed them asking what the problem was with the address since it's exactly the same address that I previously received the shirts. Well... they told me once they received the item back that they would resend it to the correct address. I still haven't received the actual shirt I paid for after weeks of dealing with this foolishness. Today, I finally requested a refund so I'm sure I'll be waiting... I will never purchase from this company again. I don't recommend anyone to do so either.

Another "WOKE" company that is going to go broke.
I guess they haven't watched enough companies fail.

Spreadsheet fulfilled my order exactly as promised, and even offered a refund when my mistake was made on a first set of shirts. I highly recommend.

-little to no response, been waiting since MARCH for either a correct shirt or a credit for $22 it shouldn't be this difficult.

I washed the T-shirt one time and the print is already letting go, that a too damn heavy price to pay for a onetime wear...

I'm sending the message in reference to order #*******. I've called twice about this order, once before it shipped and spoke with someone named Mahogany. I explained to her twice, once before it shipped, that the shipping address is incorrect and if we can correct it before it ships. Instead of helping me solve my problem she provided me with details already previously stated instead of providing me a solution for this order. The order arrived at my residence instead of the intended shipping address, as what I tried to prevent by speaking with Mahogany.
After receiving the order I reached out to customer service again, and again it was Mahogany who answered.
I explained to her the situation and once again she re-read the shipping details previously stated again, instead of helping me resolve my shipping issue. I explained to her that the order needed to go to another address and again she replied that "it arrived where it was supposed to" instead of providing me a solution.
I explained to her that if we didn't fix the shipping address I'd have to cancel this specific order and she replied back with "you can do whatever you want."
I called back and spoke to a gentleman named Matt who was more proactive in helping me solve my shipping issue. I also requested that I be connected to Mahogany's supervisor, someone named Megan, who hasn't returned my call. As of writing this I haven't received any further shipping details regarding my customer's order and as a result I filed a dispute with my credit card company regarding this order.
I am very disappointed to have to write this and also I will be sharing on Yelp, google, and any other social media platforms the attitude and service approach this company has with me, someone who partnered (or so I thought).
