I have left reviews everywhere I can to warn people off. These guys deliver your shoes fine but if you have any problem with them they make it ridiculously hard to return them. If you do anything other than look at the shoes they won't take them back. Not sure how you're supposed to know if they fit, suit you or are faulty without putting them on and trying them but if you do any of those things their god awful returns policy makes it a risky and awful process to return anything. AVOID them at all costs, the shoes they sell are no better priced than from the main sellers anyway and these lot charge you postage regardless of your spend too, which is an utter cheek.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this site unless you are 100% certain of your purchase. If it is wrong in any way this company has the worst returns policy I have ever come across.

I paid for a pair of shoes from Sportsshoes, they held the order for two weeks on the reasoning that they have shipped another order a few days ago and instead of dispatching the order, two weeks later they refunded the money and canceled the order. The worst part is that the product was now out of stock and my wife expected the shoes (was a gift) for half a month, only to learn that they no longer existed.

They cancelled two of my orders without emailing me about it. I was just waiting and waiting and had to check my order status because 2 weeks went by. I finally got them on chat, and they told me it was cancelled because it was flagged as potential fraud. They then said I had to submit identification documents to verify my identity. I was like, WHAT? I've never heard of anything like this before. So, I sent them my ID with redacted info, and they said great. Still no status on my order. I hope they don't sell my info.

I returned a pair of faulty walking boots and was sent an alternative when they agreed it was a manufacturing issue. The size was wrong. I returned them and asked for a full refund since they offered nothing else I wanted. They refused, telling me it was more than 6 months since the original boots were bought. I'd only worn them a few times. They are hiding behind misinformation and a company policy that operates just inside consumer law and treats customers with genuine issues with contempt.

To be balanced, I have to add that they gave me credit on my account for the original boots, so not quite as bad as it could be. Make up your mind about whether you want to deal with this company. I would NOT!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and they took it out my account but when I look in my orders I only see 1 and I never received my order confirmation in my email and.y 1 pair of shoes hasn't even shipped yet.

Tip for consumers:
They are scamming people and you can't contact them at all.

Beware! On the day I made my purchase the site said it would be $1.99 for shipping. I didn't notice until afterwards that they had charged me $7.98 for shipping. I emailed them to ask for the credit and ended up with a series of back and forth emails with them telling me that if there are additional items the cost would be higher. They mentioned that it is on their site but they have yet to prove that to me. What actually is on their site is that for orders up to $50 the shipping is 5.99 and for orders over $50 the cost is 3.99. My order was well over $50 and I was charged $7.98. Nowhere on their site does it mention additional charges for additional items. It is based on the value of the order not the number of items. I'm not even trying to get them to adjust it down to the 1.99 it should have been on that day. I just want them to adjust it to what their site says the cost will be! Their customer service team seems to be tone deaf! I have uploaded actual screen shots of their site saying shipping is $1.99 for orders over $50 on the day of my purchase, as well as the normal shipping policy of 3.99 for over $50.

Terrible customer services. Stay away. My shoes started falling apart after three days simple walking use. Refusal to refund and blamed me for incorrect use and excessive wear, after only three days. What a joke.

Most terrible service!
Let's start guys. 1. Almost complete lack of customer support. Online support is almost unavailable. The phones indicated on the site are also not available, from the word AT ALL! Emails are generally answered when they want, if they want to. In dealing with clients, they try to make you look like fools. Delivery times are deliberately false. The first time I ordered sneakers from them, I waited, but did not wait. The courier simply could not find the address, which was more than correct, and sent them back. Okay, I think. Everybody has it. I tried again and the devil pulled me to do it. But this time it's even more interesting. The order was placed on December 24th and hasn't even been shipped yet. When you contact the support service, they start to feed you breakfast, but in fact they blatantly lie. In general, guys. If you want to lose a lot of energy, time, patience and nerves, then I highly recommend this site. In other cases, if you want adequate service, then I do not even advise you to look towards this store. The review was made fairly and based on facts. And so, it's time to supplement your review.

On December 24, an order was made and paid in full, but so far it has not been received, almost a month has passed, and the parcel has not even left the territory of England! This company does not give a damn about you as a client, the main thing for them is to get an order and money, and then completely your problems! Customer support is just good, or rather, none! After I once again wrote an angry letter with indignation and said that they can keep the package for themselves and money too, but I will take good care of them and write everywhere about their unfair work, even in terms of legislation and with the involvement of the law, they immediately called me! You are guessing, they called me from the left number, because the numbers indicated on their website are invalid numbers in principle)) And they offered me a refund for shipping in the amount of 3.85 € as compensation))) It was just amazing and very generous from their side))) They began to tell me about coronavirus, about Brexit and how hard it is for everyone in this world now. But guys, I don't give a damn to be honest! You have a company policy, in which everything is described, and you break the law and the rules of your own company only as something that would literally deceive your customers and embezzle their money without responsibility, but this will not work! The dude who called me was from the support service, an Englishman to the root of his bones and he told me about Brexit, who could have known that it would turn out like this)) The whole world knew, but a true Englishman was at a loss and simulated a schoolboy very cool)) I told them more than once, guys, indicate on the site truthful information in connection with such problems so that there would be fewer such complaints and problems, this will be right for everyone, but again, they don't give a damn! By the way, I will note that I once ordered one product from England, but they made a mistake, but they made a 50% discount and free shipping without question, because for them every review is important and valuable for their business, that's the level! And these comrades don't give a damn about their customers again)) In short, summing up, I want to say that if you want to lose your money, time, nerves and strength, then never order anything on this site, never! For my words I answer and vouch completely, every word I say and write here is a pure truth, which I am ready to defend even legally in court! P.S. There are no questions or complaints about the customer support guys, they are ordinary employees who are not able to help you or influence anything. This is not the end, guys, I have not yet received my package, but be sure that this review is far from the last for your company and I will make every effort so that as many people as possible know about your unfair work in order to warn them.

A band of incompetent and dishonest people.
I had to buy a Vivobarefoot shoe, the shoe sold 126 of which 11 for a ridiculous front obligatory as a free gift!, I consult the size chart on their site and how much, after 10 days, I get, the shoe was 2 cm too much great. Check on the manufacturer's website and I realize that the Sportshoes size chart was completely wrong.
I request a replacement with a smaller number and I ship the same day. I write to the customer care asking for the number to be put aside, they answer me after 24 hours to tell me that it is not their policy.
They receive the return and the number I wanted was gone, they force me to ask for a refund.
Very calmly, after a week I reimburse 115, deducting the price of the "free gift".
I call Paypal which, given the serious misconduct, reimburses me immediately.
Meanwhile, the number I requested reappears magically in stock...
I offer to buy it after reimbursement of the return shipment, 15 against me and declaring that I don't want the free gift...
They refuse to write that the free gift was discounted!
What to say? Never again Sportshoes, incorrect and incompetent...

Still awaiting a refund from this company after they sent the wrong item. Terrible customer service. I will not be using them again.

My wife is a runner (but not an online shopper, hence I'm doing the review!) and has several pairs of running shoes which she 'has' to change at regular intervals. Although I always shop around first we invariably end up coming back to Sportsshoes.com as they have a wide selection at very reasonable prices with a nominated day delivery from only £2 extra which is handy when my wife apparently has to have a new pair by the end of the week. On the one occasion she has had an issue with the shoe they exchanged it no questions (unless you count exchange or refund as a question) so in a nutshell she's happy with her shoes and I'm happy with the ease of purchasing them.

Excellent website. Ordered a pair of shoes on 27 December and received them in Greece on 31 December, right before New Year's eve! Amazing. Free shipping within Europe when paying in Euro and the best prices available online. Their product selection is excellent and you can find amazing deals for previous season shoes! Highly recommended store.
