I bought a pair of Adidas Galaxy 6 running shoes on the 2nd of January from this site and had a terrible experience all round.
Unfortunately I think this is a case of 'you get what you pay for', as these cheap shoes are poorly made and not fit for purpose.
I bought them in my size, 9, which has always been my size, and every pair of shoes I've ever bought in this size has fit me perfectly. It also says on the website that these have been tested and fit 'true to size'.
I was excited to receive them and start my running journey.
When they arrived I tried them on and they felt quite tight and too small, with no room in the toe whatsoever.
I had not owned running shoes before, so as the website assured me that these fit true to size I thought perhaps that is how they are supposed to feel, and felt I should test them by running in them.
I wore them out for a run and they felt awful. Definitely too small, my toes were rubbing against the mesh, and my nails (cut as short as they could possibly be) were catching against the lining.
I felt inside with my hand and there is a pronounced ridge inside where the mesh meets the sole.
They also felt very hot, despite the mesh upper (and it being January and freezing outside!), it didn't feel like my feet could breathe well.
On top of all this, as I had gone for a run on a wet rainy day, the off-white upper mesh became soaked in muddy water, and they looked absolutely awful.
I emailed customer services and they said I could not return them as I had worn them.
I understand this policy from their end, but how are you supposed to know if a shoe is fit for purpose, in this case running, without actually trialling them by running in them?
They said if I did return them and they were found to be faulty they would replace them - but I do not think the shoes were technically faulty, just cheap and not the size they are supposed to be.
I also did not want a replacement as they are terrible shoes.
They also said that they would not accept faulty returns unless the shoes were clean, and as mentioned these looked awful after a single wear.
I tried to clean them by hand but after much scrubbing with warm soapy water the mud would not come out, the upper mesh of the shoes had turned a permanent muddy grey/brown colour.
As a last ditch desperate attempt to clean them I put them in the washing machine, and the mud STILL did not come out. However, this did melt the glue attaching the front rubber to the upper mesh, making these cheap shoes even more unwearable. I have no choice but to bin these awful shoes now.
Buying them was one of the worst mistakes I have made in recent years, I wish I could go back and never purchase them.
I can't afford to buy another pair so my running journey has come to a premature end.
In summary, the website had false information regarding the sizing of the shoe, and they refused to accept a return once the shoes had been worn.

Let's start guys. 1. Almost complete lack of customer support. Online support is almost unavailable. The phones indicated on the site are also not available, from the word AT ALL! Emails are generally answered when they want, if they want to. In dealing with clients, they try to make you look like fools. Delivery times are deliberately false. The first time I ordered sneakers from them, I waited, but did not wait. The courier simply could not find the address, which was more than correct, and sent them back. Okay, I think. Everybody has it. I tried again and the devil pulled me to do it. But this time it's even more interesting. The order was placed on December 24th and hasn't even been shipped yet. When you contact the support service, they start to feed you breakfast, but in fact they blatantly lie. In general, guys. If you want to lose a lot of energy, time, patience and nerves, then I highly recommend this site. In other cases, if you want adequate service, then I do not even advise you to look towards this store. The review was made fairly and based on facts. And so, it's time to supplement your review.
On December 24, an order was made and paid in full, but so far it has not been received, almost a month has passed, and the parcel has not even left the territory of England! This company does not give a damn about you as a client, the main thing for them is to get an order and money, and then completely your problems! Customer support is just good, or rather, none! After I once again wrote an angry letter with indignation and said that they can keep the package for themselves and money too, but I will take good care of them and write everywhere about their unfair work, even in terms of legislation and with the involvement of the law, they immediately called me! You are guessing, they called me from the left number, because the numbers indicated on their website are invalid numbers in principle)) And they offered me a refund for shipping in the amount of 3.85 € as compensation))) It was just amazing and very generous from their side))) They began to tell me about coronavirus, about Brexit and how hard it is for everyone in this world now. But guys, I don't give a damn to be honest! You have a company policy, in which everything is described, and you break the law and the rules of your own company only as something that would literally deceive your customers and embezzle their money without responsibility, but this will not work! The dude who called me was from the support service, an Englishman to the root of his bones and he told me about Brexit, who could have known that it would turn out like this)) The whole world knew, but a true Englishman was at a loss and simulated a schoolboy very cool)) I told them more than once, guys, indicate on the site truthful information in connection with such problems so that there would be fewer such complaints and problems, this will be right for everyone, but again, they don't give a damn! By the way, I will note that I once ordered one product from England, but they made a mistake, but they made a 50% discount and free shipping without question, because for them every review is important and valuable for their business, that's the level! And these comrades don't give a damn about their customers again)) In short, summing up, I want to say that if you want to lose your money, time, nerves and strength, then never order anything on this site, never! For my words I answer and vouch completely, every word I say and write here is a pure truth, which I am ready to defend even legally in court! P.S. There are no questions or complaints about the customer support guys, they are ordinary employees who are not able to help you or influence anything. This is not the end, guys, I have not yet received my package, but be sure that this review is far from the last for your company and I will make every effort so that as many people as possible know about your unfair work in order to warn them.
