Placed an order weeks ago and still haven't received it. The tracking shows it pretty much toured the whole Midwest and stopped in Vegas for a few days of gambling (I'm in CA). The tennis season will be finished by the time it arrives. Wish I had read all these reviews first- the website looked legit.
I have now ordered from this website 3 times, and there are pros and cons. Lighter colors come out well, but if you're trying to do a darker blue or green (like royal or hunter green), BEWARE. Mine have all been pastel. If you want those colors you'll need to buy the product in that color and do a black or white design to be safe. Other than that the products are ok. Also, if you order a football jersey, the name and number on the back will be down lower than they should be.
Do the blankets come with smaller lettering? Please let me know. I would like that much better.
I ordered 3 branded cups for my daughter's new school. All three had printing that was slightly off centered, different shades of color and not even the true school dark blue color. I immediately contacted customer service and received a response saying they don't take back or return custom work. They agreed to replace one of the cups but have disappeared into the land of no response so I have no idea when or if I'm getting a replacement for the only one they agreed to. Shoddy product and poor customer service. Never again.
Very disappointed! Names and numbers way too low on the backs instead of where they should be located. The front is also very low and off center. I have no idea what this material is but I guessing almost zero cotton. These are little kids shirts and I paid almost $32 each. The quality is so poor I won't ever order from them again.
We'll two weeks ago I ordered one sweatshirt and one womens long sleeve top. Haven't received yet. Directly after ordering that I ordered a winter hat. That I received within days and looks great but by the reviews I'm reading now I should have never ordered the shirts. I used debit so that money maybe gone. I definitely have to learn to read reviews and alert my school not to use or give out this website as a place to get school swag.
The ability to customize t-shirts with an image that I upload is awesome. The items I've ordered are processed very quickly and arrive amazingly quickly. They look exactly like what I saw in the orders. Great work!

Hi. You guys are great. Everything was wonderful from your end. My picture is damaged from delivery. Looks like UPS didn't take care if it. The corner of the canvas is broken. It's sad but nothing I can do.
Ordering was easy and sweatshirts were received in time for when I needed them. My only complaint is that the black letters on my sweatshirt faded after the first cold water wash, hang to dry and now look like a dark gray.
Your product feels so good against my skin, I can almost sleep in it….lol
These school shirt are absolutely amazing with the logo and all.

Order (3 shirts) came quickly. One sweatshirt had a problem. Customer service was great and after sending them a photo, a replacement came within days! The shirt quality & printing were top notch. I will be ordering from them again.

Easy to navigate website. Tons of options and colors. Fast shipping. Ordered one for a test and being pleased, we ordered several more. And the e-mail coupons keep coming! Only one hitch: one of the shirts seems to have a little of the glue (or whatever is on the transfers) on the front. It's small, but white on a dark green shirt. I thought I'd spilled something but no. Having some trouble getting it off but I'm guessing in a wash or two it will.

Ordering items from this company that I was hoping to give as gifts has been the biggest mistake I've made this Holiday season. Sizing is the worst I've ever experienced. I ordered a size Women's Medium. The shirt that arrived fits as a child's size extra small. I called the company and told them I will ship the shirt back if they send me a shirt of the correct size. I was told they do not offer refunds or exchanges and they are unwilling to make things right. STAY AWAY!

I absolutely love the product and would hands down give 5 stars but... I orded a backpack, cinch bag, cooler, 1 jacket, 2 hats, 3 sweats shirts and 4 T-shirts. I was sad the name on the sweatshirt was not centered and looks really silly. We spent a LOT of money and I'm sad this happened. Also the sticker on the cinch bag left a bunch of glue behind when peeling it off and now it has a bunch sticky residue on it I can't get off. Otherwise the products are great and they came fast.

I ordered 2 shirts in two different styles but both in the same size. One fit the other was way too small. I emailed customer service asking for an exchange or refund and they refused to do either. They offered me a discount if I order more shirts from them. As if I will give them more money! Not a chance!

I ordered a woman's large for my wife and it was the exact same size as the kids medium I ordered for my daughter. This place is a joke.
