Ordered a gift for a graduate. Now on the third week without tracking. Horrible customer service. Chat and email only. Contacted 6 times about ship date. Answer - cannot cancel-you will receive order "eventually ". Credit card company now handling

Awful customer service

Ordered a sweatshirt. It came with the logo skewed due to poor quality. I contacted customer service for a replacement and they were very rude. Would not recommend ordering anything from this company ever.

7 days into my purchase, and haven't recieved any updates. I emailed 2 days ago, because the status of my order showed "Failed QA" on 1 item, and "Binned" on the other item. I have No idea what any of that means, so I emailed asking. Still no response. It baffles me how a company stays in business, with such poor customer service. Do yourself a favor, if you're being smart and reading reviews before purchasing from these folks. Go buy from Prep sportswear instead. Basically the same apparel, a tad more expensive, but you'll actually get what you pay for. This is BS to even have to write a review like this

I was initially a bit nervous after I ordered then read reviews. But upon arrival the material and School logo are excellent and is what I expected. Shipping wasn't too bad length wise. I only paid something like 5.99 for S&H anyway. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a large long sleeve dri-fit men's with my schools logo as its custom emblem. However when I recieved it, they gave me a small short-sleeved shirt, where the logo had been put on very cheap and poorly.

Paid ($20 extra on an $80 order) for 2-day shipping on a Monday thinking that should get me the product by end of the week for a Friday night football game. 2 custom print jerseys and a football logo shirt. Waited... waited... had a shipping notice with no info in it... so finally I contacted them as there seemed to be a problem. Magically the order shipped after I contacted them, and arrived after 13 days from purchase. I inquired what was up since I paid for 2-day shipping. They pointed me to some language buried in their shipping descriptions online basically saying they're not responsible for any timing issues because they may not feel like working hard enough to get orders out on time. So I paid for 2 day, got 13 days and they don't even apologize. I'll obviously try some other custom printing site next time.

I placed an order for a sweatshirt for my daughter. It was WAY too small for her. I measured it and the sweatshirt measurements are significantly smaller than the size chart shows, by at least 2 inches in each area. I emailed them to exchange it and was told the size difference fits within their tolerance for fit... Two inches is significant! A quarter inch maybe, but 2 inches?
I hope our school never deals with this company again! If they do, I will make sure everyone I know NEVER buys from them. I would have been better off throwing my money out the window!

Fast shipping poor quality

Shipping was fast, quality is poor. Collar sewn bunched, Shirt has a million spots that look like snags after second wear to the gym. I would add a photo but there is no option. I will look for another shirt at another store.

Don't buy from here

Nothing is returnable, even if it is not personalized with your own name. The BS "the original is your to keep" that I received in an email is absurd. Of course it's mine to keep because I paid the overpriced amount and you won't take it back. The quality was poor, the material felt cheap, the school logo was so small it can hardly be seen.
Poor customer service if you ask me!
Order from somewhere else. Wish I could give zero stars!

Placing my order was very easy and I'm super satisfied with the t-shirts that I bought. The shirts were for this Grandma and Pa to wear to our granddaughter's softball signing. I will be ordering more at a later date for future ballgames.

Do not order anything from this website in the color navy as their navy looks more like faded black. The quality of the shirt is also poor. Although customer service responded quickly offering me a "lighter color blue" my daughter's school colors are navy and white not royal blue and white. Oh and they don't offer refunds so do you research before placing an order through this site.

Easy to design and order. Quality T's. My only issue is when we got the order, 4 of the 5 shirts had something black smeared on them. Luckily my wife was able to get it out. I would order from them again

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Please save yourself the time and MONEY by not ordering from here, our schools soccer team ordered our jackets from here, the default color is black on this specific jacket, that's the color we wanted them, we got them yesterday and 20 of them are dark blue and two are black! Absolutely terrible stitching in them as well. Called their customer service, got shot down three times and was on hold for 45 minutes before getting to an older lady who hung up on me after asking for the manager. Two hours later of explaining to them the mistake they made, they offered us 50% off our next order! Not even fixing the problem they created! Now we are a grand down out of our fund raising and now we have to come up with another $500 for another 50/50 shot at getting the right jackets we originally ordered!

Horrible!

Ordered two items. One was correct. I ordered Clifton, New Jersey and they sent me some place in North Carolina! Now they are only crediting me partial of the wrong item because they say I bought it on sale. I did not. Funniest thing about this company, once you receive your order, they delete it from their system so you can't even go back and look at the prices or item numbers. The 1st guy that messaged me wanted to give me back the entire amount and I was honest and told him that I only wanted to be credited for the item that was wrong. See attached email. But now, they are not honoring it and only want to credit me back $20. Ridiculous!

Read the fine print!

The Spirit Shop likes to hide their small print. If you order an item and select expedited shipping, you don't actually get the item shipped quickly. Their small print states that once you place an order, production begins and you can no longer cancel or change an order. I ordered a sweatshirt and paid $30.00 for 2 day shipping but it takes them 5 days to make the sweatshirt so you won't actually receive the item any time sooner. Even though I reached out 24 hours after placing the order, they would not cancel the order. So make sure you really want the item because this is the only on-line store that will not accept returns or cancellations. Ridiculous!

There is no way to contact them except through email. When You ask a question via mail they give you the wrong answer. When they are called out on it they do not reply. I deleted the order and went elsewhere. It was worth paying a few extra dollars to get better customer service! Glad I read all of the bad reviews before i ordered with them. I told them I would be writing this and they did not even care! They are horrible!

Not good at all.

Terrible customer service. Placed order Dec. 6 for one shirt. Called December 19 to check on status. Waited 24 minutes. Finally takes to someone (she was actually nice). However she promised that it was being shipped and I would get by December 22. Got nothing. Called again several times waiting 15-20 minutes to talk to someone. Never got answer. Sent email. Never got answer. Did finally receive shirt December 29. Maybe I can give as gift next Christmas.

Very good experience. We have placed several orders and always receive the orders quickly. This last time we ordered three duffel bags- 2 small and 1 medium. 1 of our small bags were missing the longer strap that usually ships inside the bag. Minor issue but now we have to find a way to get one for that bag.
