Sweatshirt was of good quality, but we had to cut the neck. It was too tight and our son's head kept getting stuck. For the price of the sweatshirt, I was disappointed we had to cut it.

I've orders 2 pairs of sweatpants and so far have struck out where the sizing is HUGE. I went from XL to L and will probably try again w a medium. Experience has been great but since it's all custom school or town branded gear you don't have any recourse to return anything.

We recently opened a store at spiritshop.com and inadvertently made the mistake of uploading logos without checking the box for them to be used for embroidery. The problem was discovered when someone ordered an embroidery item and received the fleece with no logo. We have repeatedly tried to correct our mistake and fix all of the items in question, however we have been receiving an error message for several weeks now with absolutely no response from Spirit Shop. Worst customer service ever. You'd think that they would address this immediately. Also, not sure what's going on with their server, but I was also able to pull up the data for the Spirit Shop sales for the month of December. You'd think they'd have better security than that. I'm just a graphic designer who works for one school. How on earth was I able to pull up their financial data?
I Purchased 3 custom shirts for $88. Seems like a lot of $$ but we wanted them. The very first wash, half of the vinyl letters came off two of the shirts. One shirt was fine, no issues. There were no special care instructions so I washed them like I normally would any other type of vinyl printed shirt. And I emailed the company to ask if something could be done and they have never replied. Their product is cheaply made and not worth the price. And, they don't stand behind their product to try and make it right.
Stay away from this company, and if your school uses them notify the school they do not provide refunds or have a return policy and will refuse to give money back for poor quality work. Screen print was poor quality.

And then when you contact customer service you never get an answer in return like me waiting a month and a half later to hear from the manager when they told me incorrect info when I spent $30 to have it faster then they shipped it at their convenience apparently bc 4 days later the ups finally received the item to ship it overnight
Answer: Hello, Thanks for your interest in Spirit Shop. We carry different brands and sizing may vary by brand. Each garment has its own size chart with product measurements from the manufacturer. We recommend you measure a hoodie you already own for comparison and then choose whatever size most closely matches those measurements. To measure, lay the hoodie on a flat surface and measure across the front from seam to seam about 1" below the arm hole. Length is measurement from the highest point of the shoulder near the neckline down to bottom hem.
