I just moved from detroit michigan suburb Last Feb. And grand daughter here goes to N Ft Myers so was surprized the shirts i find are from detroit...my polo shirt i think was a bit larger than i exspected but the grand daugthers was just perfect

I ordered 2 items following the size guidelines on the website. Within 20 minutes of ordering them, I realized that they are not approved by the school and try to cancel the order and they refused to do so indicating some process about how it automatically goes to manufacturing but if something has not yet started, then atleast make an attempt to cancel it.
Turns out their size charts are wildly inaccurate. Once I got the items, I sent them an email about it indicating the problem and their only response is about they don't do refunds/exchanges. Even though their items are incorrectly sized, they wanted proof of the measurements and rather than try to find a way to mitigate the problem, they only offered a coupon for the issue.

We carry many different brands and sizing may vary by brand so each item has its own size chart with garment measurements provided by the manufacturer. I ordered through Spirit Shop because I have always been pleased with the products, the choices and the prices. Shirts/sweatshirts are always comfortable, true to size and I love the options to choose from when "designing" my product.

The shirts I ordered, the one with a collar was missing 1 button. I didn't see it until I was putting it on my partner. He was being recognized for his football at Colerain Century recognition night! He was in class of 1959! It only takes a minute to see a missing button when there's only 2!

We're always happy to replace items that don't match your order confirmation. I see that the product you received does indeed match the lacrosse design on your confirmation, and that our customer service team has offered a discounted replacement if you wish to order a design other than what you originally ordered.
Ordered many products from this store. Had issue with one kind which the company kept their word and replaced with a like style that met my expectations.

The women's shirt we ordered was labeled correctly but the sizes are off and run way too small.
It took my money out of my bank account twice and then never gave me a confirmation email or anything and then my order just disappeared.
Hi Leneva, Unfortunately your card was declined and we do not have a way to force an order through when a card is declined. It's possible for a pending amount to show in your account, but that amount will disappear in 2-4 business days since there is no order.
