Very pleased with the shirts that were ordered. My small complaints are that one of the shirts ran small and the hooded sweatshirt the name is so high up that the hood covers the name. I know 1st world problems. Other than those 2 minor issues very happy.
I purchased 4 items for Christmas and they came on time. The product was as advertised.
However, one of the shirts was too large and I emailed on Monday, 12/30/24 to request an exchange. Due to the holidays, I did not expect an immediate reply.
After no response by Friday, 1/3/24, I sent a follow up email. In this email, I stated that if an exchange was not possible, I would like a refund for the one shirt.
On Sunday, 1/5/24, I sent another follow up email, explaining that I will give honest reviews about their non existent customer service and contact my bank to get the charge reversed.
When you run a business, you should check and reply to your customer emails.

So, because it's custom printed, I have to guess and hope the size I pick is correct or else I have to suck it up and deal with an incorrect size? And if I choose wrong, I can get a discount on another item? No thanks. I think you just lost a customer who has 4 kids in sports and probably would have used you a lot more and recommended you to other people. Now, I won't use you again and I will recommend others don't use you.

Hi Randy, We're sorry the product didn't fit. All of our products are blank and are then custom printed on demand based on the design you choose from the many templates we offer. No returns is standard policy within the print-on-demand industry. We can offer a discounted item if you wish to reorder in another size. Myself and other family members ordered t shirts, sweatshirts, jerseys, etc and had them personalized with my Grandsons name and football jersey number. Everyone loves what they ordered and we have been wearing them to the games! He really likes seeing us in them cheering him on. I'll be ordering more items soon including a blanket. Arrived as expected. However, the logo was peeling on the top edge, so I had to tear it so the whole thing wouldn't peel off. I think it's ok now. But wish that was quality inspected before shipping it out. Otherwise, pleased with product.

I ordered two hoody. It arrived earlier than expected. The material are light and cheap. Other than the Custom band logo and name on the back. The name on the back is too high up towards the shoulder area. Just not worth it for $50 per hoody. Will not order again. I should have buy the merch from the school store instead.
I actually had emailed that for the sweatshirt I ordered, I paid extra to have my daughter's last time printed on the back and the picture shows the hood above her last name but that was not how the sweatshirt is. The hood covers the whole name except for a little of the first letter and a little of the last letter. I have never seen printing that high up on a sweatshirt and to have it covered looks terrible. I emailed to see if they could re-print it for me with the name lower but was told that wasn't an option. Not sure how a product could go out the door like that.
Hi Lesli, we're sorry you're not pleased with the print location. The online mockups do show that the top of the backprint starts at the top of the shoulder seam. Unfortunately we don't offer specialized placements for individual orders. Products are printed as shown on the site.

My order arrived on time but it bounced back and forth between Missouri, Illinois, and Ohio. I ordered an extra large but it fits like a medium to large before washing

I really liked my shirt but I can tell you they don't run true to size. I ordered a size larger hoping it would be a little baggy but it was not. My prayer is that it didn't shrink in the dryer.

I liked the logo that I selected for West Jeff soccer, could have been a little larger though. I don't know who decides on the placement of the logo, but when I wear the sweatshirt, the logo is practically in my armpit, so needless to say I probably won't be wearing it very much - which is very disappointing

We like the quality of the product, and the custom design was completed nicely, but the jacket still runs small. We usually buy medium in all of the brands of jackets, but even after going up a size and buying a large it is not as large as it should be- the sleeves are still a bit shorter.

Answer: Hello, Thanks for your interest in Spirit Shop. We carry different brands and sizing may vary by brand. Each garment has its own size chart with product measurements from the manufacturer. We recommend you measure a hoodie you already own for comparison and then choose whatever size most closely matches those measurements. To measure, lay the hoodie on a flat surface and measure across the front from seam to seam about 1" below the arm hole. Length is measurement from the highest point of the shoulder near the neckline down to bottom hem.
