I ordered seven navy blue t-shirts with red & white graphics, but the graphics were orange & white. I notified you of the error, and you said you would send the red & white navy blue t-shirts. I received the replacements, but they too were orange & white.

I ordered an Artic Fleece blanket for a Christmas gift for a high school student. Thinking the description of artic fleece would be something thick, fluffy, and comfy. Imagine my surprise when it came in a small envelope package and is paper thin! Felt like felt not fleece! Possible wall hanging but not a blanket! Very disappointed. Even more disappointed that they do not take returns but offered let me to buy another item for 50% off.
I ordered a La Junta baseball half zip shirt sometime in March. I received my order in a timely manner. I orders a 2XL in the hopes it would fit well. I normally wear an XL. This shirt did not fit, and was way too short and fit like a large. I e-mailed you twice asking for a refund. I never received a reply. Christine Coffield

I placed a bulk order of t-shirts for the students at the school where I work, in anticipation of a field trip where they would need to wear these shirts. I ordered with plenty of time for processing and shipping. However, when we received the order it was missing several items, and also included sizes that we did not order. When I asked them to rectify this issue and rush ship them so they would arrive in time, I was told that it wasn't possible and they didn't know what happened. There was no apology for the error and no effort to make it right. They did end up shipping the missing t-shirts, but they did not arrive until more than a week after our field trip, and during our spring break so we weren't even in school. I will not be ordering from Spirit Shop again.

The Customer Service & Sweatshirt Is Perfect. My Grandson had teachers and classmates where he got it from. He texted me and I told him to share the info. I accidently keyed 1 digit in our address incorrectly. It went to a neighbors home and they don't speak english. We are acres apart so I checked and they had the sweatshirt for days and had returned to sender the evening I went to their home. We communication barriers and ingenuity we were able to get an understanding. I contacted customer service and they graciously sent another sweatshirt to us although they had not received the 1st one back yet because it was only 1 day since I went to our neighbors home. Thank You Spirit Shop! Customer for life. I have 2 more grandsons and will be using your service.

I'm impressed with the fast delivery! However, not so much with the product. No pockets in sweatpants! Did it say this in description? I may have missed that. And material is bulky.
Thank you for leaving a review Lisa. We carry a couple different styles of sweatpants. The Gildan pants do not have pockets. The two different styles of Jerzees sweatpants do have pockets which is in the product description.
Wonderful delivery time! Only problem i have wich is probably not on the seller is that there is not a seal on the outside of the container...
