This is a scam company...they provide fake tracking and shipping info and even "send the package again" when you tell them you never got it. Customer service responses look like they are straight AI/BOT as is the tracking info. Don't order from them!
I ordered December 1st, 2024. Now, at the end of February 2025, I still have neither my order nor a refund. They claimed that the first two orders got "lost" and then offered me a 70% refund. I said, "That would only be acceptable if you delivered 30% of my order. I want a 100% refund." They told me it would take 30 days to refund. It's been over 30 days, still no refund, and they are still giving me the run around.
I ordered the same item Jan 23 and Feb 1, received emails that said they were delivered but not item delivered. They told me they resent and today I received an email that item was delivered but not item was delivered. Just emailed them not to send again, I want credit to my card and also submitted a cc dispute. I am not sure this company is legit. The courrier phone number was out of the country.
I ordered two items for my dog and the items never came. I waited two weeks and then spent another two weeks arguing with customer service about getting a refund. Over 30days after I placed my order, I contacted my credit card company and reported this business. I was issued a refund due to fraudulent charges. Highly recommend NOT buying anything from this company. They're not legit.
I placed an order for Christmas gifts 3 weeks ahead. Still no delivery 55 days later. I have emailed several times with ni resolution. Do NOT buy from Spark Paws! It is a scam!
I placed my order on January 11. It is now January 28 and I still do not have it. I will never order from this company, and I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you would like to wait for items that you will not receive almost a month later did not get my tracking information until I reached out to a customer service showing it's still in route, but still have nothing
Ordered a jacket for my Boxer and one of the snaps broke within two weeks of receiving it. After contacting them for a replacement I was offered a 20% off my next order instead. Verbalized this was not o'kay and poor customer service - that my dog could not wear the jacket without the snap and never heard from them again.
Website looks legit. Customer service seems super helpful. They send fake email confirmations, fake tracking, fake delivery. When you report you did not get the delivery, they sound SO nice about sending a new one, which also magically does not get delivered (and there is no camera confirmation of any delivery) and then they say, "Sorry! We will refund you part of your money." Which also has not happened. My own stupid fault for not reading reviews.
I ordered one PJ and one coat for my grand dog. He is a silver lab and Basset cross. I ordered him a large which is normal. XL is way too big. So I ordered the normal size LG. I try it on my grand dog and it is very small. Even the neck was too small to get over his head. I would estimate the items were between a SM and MED. The company advertises free returns on first order. GOOD LUCK! It has taken me 3 emails to get them to agree to take items back. And I am expected to pay shipping with tracking. I am STILL trying to get a prepaid label. The window for return will expire by the time I get an answer. Also upon further research items are also manufactured in China. Supposedly...some. I will never do business with them again. I do not recommend anyone does business with them. We all love our pets like family and their designs look adorable but...it's just another company who doesn't care about customer service and orders small sized items from China. I am very displeased.

DO NOT order from this company. I have been waiting for over a month for my order that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. I placed my order over 3 weeks before Christmas. The tracking information given shows my order is STILL in China, with no movement or updates since 12/05/2024 (over 4 weeks ago). Their "Customer Service" is an absolute joke, and primarily consists of AI/Bots for that offer no assistance or solutions. I have reported this company to my bank, PayPal, etc., and encourage others to do so, as this is a fraudulent company. Had I known that this was a Chinese company, and seen the vast majority of reviews calling out this scam, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Now I am in the time consuming process of trying to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Like many here, I discovered the wait for product was almost a month. Once received the items were all too small despite using the sizing chart. Now I have to decide if it's worth it to pay for return shipping and keep what's leftover or just donate them.
Ordered multiple items 11/27/24. They've been stuck in China for over a month! Blew my Christmas and items I ordered for others. Their BBB ratings are an F with multiple complaints. When I emailed customer service I was ASSURED the items would arrive by Christmas. It's now 12/27 and they are still showing as being stuck in China.

I recently purchased two size 4X outfits for my Great Dane from Spark Paws, and I can't express how disappointed I am with this experience. The sizes were drastically different; the larger of the two wouldn't even fit a German Shepherd! It's hard to believe the inconsistency in their sizing.
The return process is nothing short of ridiculous. Instead of providing adequate customer support, they tried to upsell me on couch covers and human sweaters, which was completely uncalled for. On top of that, I had to pay an exorbitant 30% of the total cost just to return the items. After I sent them the tracking information, I was baffled to receive a request for a link to the tracking code. It seems they don't know how to copy and paste!
To make matters worse, once they received the return, they deducted another 10-11% from my refund, claiming the package had hair on it. This is absurd. We took the items out of the package, laughed at the sizes, and promptly returned them—all within 10 minutes! If there was any hair present, it must have been from a previously returned or used outfit they sent me.
Overall, my experience with Spark Paws has been incredibly frustrating. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering purchasing pet apparel. Save yourself the headache and the money!
The shipping process leaves a lot to be desired. The international shipping company provided few details and they do not have a way to contact them outside of calling a number in China. The last-mile provider lied about delivery attempts and then actually made the delivery at midnight, which caused the package to be exposed to potential thiefs and out in the rain. Spark Paws customer support was mediocre at best. They kept providing me information I already had and did not read the actual information I provided. After two emails and a chat, I finally received the correct info for the final-mile provider (by that time I had already dealt with two other shipping companies in the process). Additionally, despite measuring my dog and using the provided sizing guidelines on their website, the clothing item is very snug on my dog. I would return it but don't want to have to deal with the shipping nightmare again.
The company employed a delay tactic to prevent me from returning items. It took more than five emails and two months for them to finally approve my return request. Moreover, the measurement for the large dog item needs to be more accurate. To add to my disappointment, I later found out that the items were manufactured in China.
The website presents itself as a mom & pop shop. It doesn't mention anywhere that products ship from China. This means they take *forever* to arrive. But I'm less concerned with that then the environmental impact of shipping a single package from China to the USA. I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd known it had to travel that far! Still waiting to get the items, so can't speak to their fit or quality yet.
I had to return my hoodies because I measured wrong according to their chart. First, they come from China. Second, I sent 2 hoodies back and they didn't refund full amount because they smelled like smoke. No one smokes in my family so I am unsure what they are talking about but they sure kept my money. Stay away. Better hoodies other places for sure!
Nice quality and I love the snaps the whole length of the underside easier to put on. Also the price was better than most dog apparel places especially since its for a larger dog. My pup looks so handsome in his new sweater!
