Extremely difficult. There is no customer service number and they will stop emailing you once they have your money

Not easy and they won't help if you manage to reach them

Not easy. They send an automated response saying they received your email and a customer service agent will respond within 24-48 hours. It would take an average of a week before "Shelly" would respond.

Be prepared for a long back and forth of emails. My issue is still not resolved 2 weeks later

When they are open yes but not during the weekend or most holidays...
