I had a hard time signing into my account which caused my account to be block. If you want customers to purchase your items, resolve the sign in process.
The company employed a delay tactic to prevent me from returning items. It took more than five emails and two months for them to finally approve my return request. Moreover, the measurement for the large dog item needs to be more accurate. To add to my disappointment, I later found out that the items were manufactured in China.
