My pup looks so handsome in his new sweater! Nice quality and I love the snaps the whole length of the underside easier to put on. Also the price was better than most dog apparel places especially since its for a larger dog

I paid in full for an order which was supposed to be for a yorkie and xxl hoodie. Tge yorkie hoodie was for a young girl, my dog was 17.6 pounds. I sent both orders back provided the tracking number, and Maureen and Shelly tell me they haven't received it. Two days prior their CSR said it was in their warehouse? I called the post office it left Michigan 5 days ago. They are lazy I wouldn't recommend them. I always buy clothes from Chewy or Target. I asked Visa to reverse 59.00 and I'm done I have at least 19 text messages I'm done. Submitted to the CFPB

I paid more than what I thought was reasonable bc bought as a gift. Was told would arrive in time until AFTER order placed. Then told running late. Replied it was a gift and needed when first promised. Was offered $5 off my next order. Who ever said there would be a next order? And when I tried to return bc size and quality not as expected was told I had to pay for not only return but also a restocking fee. REALLY?! Total rip off! And terrible customer service! There are many other businesses to choose from. I'll never use Spark Paws again.

Misleading
December 2, 2022

Every thing is shipped from China. Be prepared to wait a month or so. Not 3-5 business days like they state before you purchase. To expensive for goods directly from China. Feel like it is a scam. Customer service is useless. Bot that just tells you it has shipped in 12 different ways. Shipping never updates.

Still haven't received order
February 23, 2022

Ordered one item over a month ago. I have sent several emails about getting a refund am ignored and sent tracking info… it's in Japan for some reason. Refund hasn't been issued and emails are going unanswered now.

Love these hoodies! Very nice, soft, quality. And they wash and dry just as nice. All three of my dogs are cozy and warm now that it's cooling off in Arizona! Finally lol I recommend! You won't be disappointed

Don't purchase

Do not use this company. It is not as advertised. I ordered multiple items over 30 days ago and still have not received them. Customer service is nonexistent. All of their products are shipped from China.

Scam.

This company is a scam.
My order was placed and everything seemed completely fine, I even looked at order reviews prior to purchase but my shipment went to a fake residence in FL. Stay away and take your money somewhere else. Highly disappointed.

Spark paws recommended a size for my dog. It was the wrong size. First time order. They want me to ship it back with my own money, if they don't like the item they will charge $7 never worn. Horrible. Do not buy from here. I saw so many ads I was contemplating buying all the items but do not. Quality is also bad and sizing is wrong.

I ordered gifts for Christmas on Nov. 25th, didn't notice at the time (no do they call this out) that they ship from China but it was still plenty of time. Per their own shipping terms, our order should arrive within 10 - 15 business days. After 15 days business days and still no package, I reached out to customer service. All they did was send me links to shipping tracking that showed the package was stuck somewhere in China. When I pointed this out, they expressed no concerns nor did they take accountability for trying to fix the issue. Even when they knew this was Christmas gifts.
Well the order finally decided to show up on Jan. 4th. :( Do you know they still don't have an ounce of "customer service", they want to charge us $7 to return the items after they failed to deliver them on time. I will never order from this site again and I take pleasure in them having to refund this big order even if I lose the $7.

This sweatshirt is SO ADORABLE. I bought it for my friends Staffordshire mix pup. I poorly measured and bought a size too small, but I will definitely buy correctly next time! 10 out of 10 will recommend! I am so impressed with this company with their shipping updates and their interest in my experience. Definitely will be buying more!

Highly recommend not ordering from this company. Not only do they ship everything from China but if you try to return something they make you pay for shipping again to return it! $7 shipping to purchase and $7 to return the item! And their customer service is pretty much NONEXISTENT or HELPFUL!

Buyer Beware
September 25, 2022

Received my item around 6 weeks after I ordered it and it was the incorrect item. Their customer service team let my emails go unanswered and are now trying to get reviews I've made taken down, continuing to waste peoples time and resources. I ordered early February this year and received the wrong order almost end of March. Ordered a small cotton candy hoodie for my $#*!zu and received an XL tie dyed hoodie. Bad experience in every aspect.

Dishonest company, never shipped item

I'll gladly update if this situation changes but around two weeks after ordering a hoodie, I checked the tracking email they sent me and saw that the post office still hadn't received any package. I reached out through their support email four days ago and was reassured twice that the package was shipped and tracking updates might be delayed because of my post office. Okay. Checked again today and tracking says that the shipping label was JUST created the day after my last email. And still no package was accepted. This is just exhausting and so far I can't tell if they're a scam or not.

Never received.

Ordered 81$ worth of merchandise. A hoodie for my puppy and a matching one for me. Never received it. Contacted spark paws directly and they told me they would 'mail out another one' never received this other one either. Contacted them again- they basically said it was my problem and I should contact the post office. Don't waste your money.

Suspected scammers
September 4, 2020

I say suspected because I'm still not sure if they are legit or not. I placed an order for an item, a few days later they email me saying it's not in stock in my wanted size (it's still on the website though). I say okay, I will wait until it's back in stock. They say that it is not coming back in stock, so I specify that I would like a refund. A few days later it is still not processed so I then file a claim through PayPal and get the money back that way. All this being said, the item I wanted is still up on their website today, in all sizes, including the size I originally ordered. I don't know if they just didn't want to ship it internationally or what. Also I find it a bit dodgy that they don't specify anywhere on the website what country or location the order is actually coming from. I just found the whole thing really weird, especially since they have a big following online. I would be wary of them and I personally will not bother with them again.

I placed an order over a week ago and have not received any tracking info. I have emailed them the last 2 days and have not received a response. They haven't updated me on my order but took my money. Their phone number listed as well does not work.

My pitbull Charlie Murphy loves this hoodie! And loves all the attention he gets when wearing it. The measurements were spot on! Which was my biggest concern. And the quality is excellent. Absolutely recommend!
