I ordered spanx from the site. Once order was completed and confirmation received, my CC was charged $687. I looked at invoice and I had been charged for 4 of the same item. In immediately call them to modify the order. They would not modify nor cancel the order. I asked to speak to supervisor,, she told me that's policy. I can return the 3 and once they receive them they will credit my CC. I returned all 4, had to pay $26.45 in shipping. Never ever use this company.
Very rude customer service. I called to inquire about why my expedited shipping which cost 2499, and was supposed to be overnight was coming in two days later. And I was requesting that the shipping cost to be downgraded. The customer service representative named Juan, was very condescending and explained to me three times how their shipping policy works and then overnight often takes 2 to 3 days. And then when I asked him to speak to a manager he was very rude he scolded me for my tone and hung up on me. I'm sure the Spinx which I've never tried our a good product but I plan to return the whole thing even if they charge me shipping cost and never do business with them again
Received my order damaged I emailed them via social media and never received a response. I also left a comment on one of their post and again no response. I then called them and was told that their systems were down and that they will assist me when their systems were back up that was over a week ago and I have yet to receive a response. I'm not going to continue to waste my time reaching out to this company so I'll just take the lost. However, I will never do business with this company again nor will a refer them to anyone.
I have worn Spanx bras happily for several years. Love the product... hate their shipping. It takes 2 weeks + to receive items. Why is that when Zappos or Amazon can have product on my doorstep within a day or two and does not charge me for shipping? Grrrr
I placed an order on 11/30th and never received it despite paying $24.95 for a one day business delivery fee. I've been trying to call the company for days now, but no one ever answers! You are on a constant loop of them telling you "We're excited to speak with you, etc" Absolutely bizarre. I also tried fb messenger and a chat session, once again to no avail. I will be disputing with my credit card company. It's too bad because their products are great! Also, realizing there is a labor shortage, but this is unreal for a large company.

To send me an already opened and pre worn pair of leggings is just unacceptable and quite frankly unbelievable. These leggings were frayed on the inside by the thighs. (From walking) And, on the bottom by the ankle area. Maybe feom boots? Who knows...
I really thought a company that has been around for 20 years was legit. But they are not, unfortunately. I'll continue with my target leggings.
I have called twice with no Answer- the message said I could get a call back so I asked for that and still no one called me. Tried writing via the website chat three separate times with no one responding. Then tried writing via Facebook messenger. I just have a simple question about the fit of the pants and whether I should get a different size, but at this point I am so angry I want to send them back and tell everyone to never purchased anything from this company. It's ludicrous.
I ordered a pair of women's flair jeans, size xl. Regular length. They were four inches too long and I am 5'8". I called and the person said I had to order a Petite. Seriously? I have never, ever been in a petite anything. They said I had to read the small print about their sizing, which says they expect the customer to be wearing 4" heels! I now have to swallow the entire cost of the product. Never will I look at this product again. I will also tell others of my experience.
I am writing this because I just had the easiest customer service call ever with Spanx, they even said my name right on the first try. The person who took my call was incredible. And Spanx is definitely cute. I'd 10/10 give them my business. I bought full body shapewear which I thought would work strapless, but it doesn't because my torso is too long. No worries, i'm returning it. Its mostly the price, i couldn't really afford two pieces like that, and i don't have many occasions to wear them. Their biker short shape wear is really really good and worth the money though. I kept it and i think it's my favorite piece of undergarment. The fabric quality is good, feels cool to the touch, and the compression is just perfect. It's not just all around compression, they really "shape" your booty in a tasteful way. Love Spanx.
When we brought something, we want to be happy! But sadly spanx doesn't have a good material as expectation :( and i have to return items. But u know what? Very dissapointed with how the way they return. My package still at the carrier more than 1/2 month, and they don't even bother to take care of it. They just say. Refund gonna be get after items been received. But how long should i wait?
Horrible customer service and shipping. Do not order anything from their website! Placed an order 16 days ago for a present and it has not arrived. Shipping status has said 'Pending' for over a week and has transferred from Fed-Ex to USPS with no reason over this time. I have called their customer service line TWICE and both times, the response has been 'wait two to three additional business days' with no other options for a refund or to resend the items. They said there is no other option but to 'wait' which will likely result in this not being here on time, despite the fact that it was ordered weeks ago.
I am beyond frustrated with Spanx.com. First of all, I paid $128 for these jeans (skinny ankle) that are supposedly the best things on earth. Reviews said they fit true to size and are supposed to be super stretchy. So I order my normal size. They are NOT stretchy and they do NOT fit true to size. So I order decide to size up. Well still not stretchy but now the legs are too big. I will give them this, the exchange process was simple and free. But now I have to pay $7.95 to ship the ones that don't fit back to them. And unbeknownst to me, I have a new order number and when I return, expecting the money will be credited to the account I originally paid with, I am given a gift card for the remaining balance minus the $7.95 shipping, to a severely overpriced company that I will not buy anything from now, not just because I can't justify spending that amount of money on items that aren't what they describe and I can get similar items much cheaper, but out if principal. I am usually go with the flow, but I am pretty angry about this. Enough to take time out if my work day to write a review about it.
I ordered spanx and I was excited to receive them because of all the rave about them. I never received my order and when I called the customer service rep, she said to go pick them up from the Post Office. The Post Office doesn't have them and the only response was we shipped them. They never offered to expedite a new pair or any remedies so I requested my money back. Worst non-existent customer service EVER!
I made a purchase with them right after the holidays during a pretty good sale. I got an e-mail confirmation about placing the order, and a month later realized I never got the leggings. I check my credit card, I hadn't been charged still, but they never sent out my order either. The live chat on their website always errors out, and there's been no answer on their phones either. If I didn't know any better, I'd call this a total scam. Good thing if they ever charge me, my credit card will dispute, but I don't like not know when or if they will ever charge me and send this stuff out. No way to cancel the order either. Ridiculous.
In the past year, I have purchased both the faux leather leggings and the faux suede leggings. I love both items. The shape and integrity of both pairs remains intact after washing (I followed their directions.) These are high quality clothes, and wear as described. They are comfortable and attractive. I do buy size medium petite, but usually wear size small. For reference, I am 5'2" and weigh 135 lbs. I will be trying their new pant line soon.
I called Spanx customer service. I talked to Cassandra (no help). These products are expensive and there's no reason to be glue-cheap quality. The pantie unglued on the side after just wearing it 4 times. I was shocked to know that is actually glued instead of sewed. Cassandra confirmed that it is just glued and that is delicate, to not put it in the dryer. Consumers be aware that if you buy spanx, it is 'delicate' (to the point that did not really helped for its purpose when it was 'glued); you will pay extra for the brand name and you won't be able to place it in the dryer because it is cheaper labor to glue it on the sides. This product needs to have consumer aware all over, like social media. This is bad!

Spanx will not file a claim. They want me to wait 7 days for them to send a new spanx, then I have to send that back for a refund.
I don't want it delivered in a week or two. I needed it by today! They will not refund me until the whole month long process takes place!
It will take me well over a month to get a refund for their error!
Multi million dollar company and I will NEVER do business with spanx again.

I find it very odd that this company cannot proceed with an immediate cancellation of an order (I placed an accidental order), and was told that the order is "already in their warehouse, and I will have to mail it myself back when it arrives to my home (not to mention the fact that I will have to pay the shipping myself)." They must be working a pretty efficient ship, seeing as to the fact that my 30 second of clicking of mouse suddenly has an order en route to my home. The interesting part will be how long it takes to get here. What a scam.
I bought some items in their end of year sale and none of them fit. I am an XL and their site said to order your normal size. All items were too small and when I went to return/exchange the items they said I could not return them. They have all over their site they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but when I tried to return the order they said Sorry no can do. How is the 100% satisfaction quarantee? And I even sent them a copy of their return policy that actually said the only exception was if the item was over 90 days old.
I have purchased three different spanx products Which have all fallen apart within three months. I took photos of the products and reached out to spanx, I was told to reach out to the retailer! Don't seem to care about their diminished product quality or losing a long time customer. Too bad!
