They won't answer the phone. They said they mailed a return label... that was 2 weeks ago... very poor service... I want to return an item, I'm willing to pay shipping but I don't have an address

Wow. 1 star is too much. I ordered express delivery, and like so many others have stated, you need to add about 1-2 days on top of their stated delivery (including priority/ 1 day) as all orders process at noon. And they don't count the day it's processed as a shipping day (so Monday 1pm order= Wednesday day 1 shipping). So my order came late and I didn't get to have it for my fitting (no biggie- I can deal). However when I get to trying on the (control top) spanx it was awful. It was extremely difficult to get on (like no way you're taking this bad boy off without breaking a nail) and when I walked, it made the WORST, LOUDEST DIAPER SOUND. I have thighs that touch, and have worn all sorts of fabrics that inevitably rub together but I've never heard something so loud before! I practiced walking my smallest, shortest church steps and you could clearly hear the diaper sounds! So much so that my boyfriend came out of his office to figure out what the weird sound was! So... I returned it (and found an AMAZING pair on amazon). Now, almost 3 weeks from the return shipping date, I am STILL waiting on my refund. I followed each and every step, and all I'm met with is that I have to wait 7 business days from the date I mailed it (which, as mentioned, is well over 7 business days now). I've pointed that out and, surprise surprise, no one at customer service is responding to me anymore. I ordered from here as a "treat yourself" to finally get good spanx but take my word and save your time, money, and sanity and order from anywhere else!
The company never asked for separate billing and shipping addresses on the order page, and only after the order was placed did it even show that they had used my shipping address for my billing address.
I called minutes later for them to update the billing address so that the order could be completed (so they could actually receive the money) and also, so I wouldn't have to wait weeks for my credit card to decline payment and return my money.
The only response I got was that the order processes in minutes so there is nothing we can do. (the order had not processed by this time as I had received no notification saying it had processed by either paypal or spanx, and maybe if he had taken more than 30 seconds to look into it he could have fixed the issue) I politely told the CSR that my card would decline the payment if the incorrect billing address was used and his response was... it would take up to 30 days for my money to be returned via paypal and would show as a charge on my card until that time.
This is not acceptable from such a large company, it just shows a lack of appreciation for their customers and shows that they are unwilling to take any time look into customer issues.
I am currently waiting for my card to decline the charge, and then once I get my money back, I will be ordering a different product from a different company who is more deserving of my money.

Three weeks later I called, they couldn't tell me if It shipped and said I had to wait then more business days before I could cancel the order or, they could see shipping info. This is the 2nd time I ordered and it was awful both times, it took 5 to 6 weeks to receive the orders. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
I just went through a nightmare experience with Spanks. I'm 5'2" and generally wear a size 21/22 or 2X or 3X. I ordered several pairs of thier Flare Jeans in 2X and 3X Petite in black and white. I also purchased Thinstincts 2.0 Open-Bust Mid-Thigh Bodysuit in 3X. I was hopeful and really excited to receive my purchase! Well, I was unable to get either the 2X or 3X pants over my hips, and the length was at least 3" longer than my inseam. As for the bodyshaper, forget about it. That wasn't going to fit me either. Spanx, you have no idea what a petite plus size womans body is. And for my plus size sisters, stay away from Spanx, unless perhaps you're a smaller plus size girl. It's fairly depressing trying to look good as a plus size woman.
After ordering a product to be shipped overnight, on a Thursday evening, knowing that order can't be shipped on Saturday or Sunday but doesn't say can't be DELIVERED on Saturday or Sunday…. Spent 1/2 hour on hold then got a call back from someone repeatedly calling me MA'AM telling me there is no way to refund the overnight shipping, or cancel the order because I have to wait til I get it and THEN CALL BACK AND WAIT ON HOLD AGAIN TO DO EITHER…. EVEN THOUGH I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM SPANX STATING THAT THE ORDER WON'T SHIP ON OR AFTER THE FOLLOWING MONDAY! CUSTOMER SERVICESHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN RUDE TO INSINUATE THEY KNOW WHICH HOLIDAY I WAS CELEBRATING WHEN I SAID I ORDERED THIS WAY TO HAVE IT IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAY AND SHE SAID YOU WILL GET IT BEFORE CHRISTMAS! RUDE! Just wanted my daughter to be able to open her gift! How about saying I am sorry for the confusion, or maybe I can try and get it to you?
Defective product and useless customer service who do not really care about the issue if it doesn't fall in their policy even when it's not your fault you were sent a damaged product.
Ordered leather like pants and the reinforcement on one of the back corner pockets was not attached. When I pull the corner pocket reinforcement part, you can see the hole it's suppose to be sewn to. I purchased this online November of last year 2021. Tags are still on and have not been worn. This is my 3rd pant that I've purchased online within the last year or two and have not worn any of them yet. With COVID, I haven't had much opportunities to wear these items. I understand there's a policy but being that I haven't even worn them and it wasn't my doing that it is damaged, I just expected a better solution than sorry it's too late but you can have 15% off your next purchase. Why would I purchase something again if I wasn't satisfied with the service? Their products aren't exactly affordable or inexpensive. Knowing when to give good customer service when sending defective products should be a priority than saying sorry it's past 6 months is ridiculous. I'm a business owner myself and I know when I have to go beyond the policy to make my customers happy.
I purchased a shirt I had a $20 credit and pay the other by credit card the shirt Tore wanted to even exchange they credited my account $20 said I'd have to pay the balance to buy another shirt spanks is a great shirt but their customer service just didn't come through I asked to send the shirt back or replace it they said they don't do that

I purchase a pants when it is on sale, well, i did not see that it says "final sale"; i follow size chart ( i am 5' 104 lb) i suppose get XS, but because the review says run small so i purchase S. When it came... the pants is WAY TOO SMALL! So, I think even the price is higher than i purchase then, I will still wanted to return it and order another one since exchange it not available for the company! But when to to their website to process the return... it saids "it is final sale can not to be return". OK! Then, I called ( many day, waiting for more than 30 minutes each time) I have hard time to speak to a person! Finally! I called again, someone answered; I tell her the problem, ALL she said is "sorry, we can not do anything"! I said: the same item is still selling and even though the price is more expensive than what i paid, I was willing to make up the price to just get the size that fit! But ALL she said is: no we can not do that! It is so care not and it is my own problem! I have never met a company that rude and not care about their customer! I said to her ( the one answered phone) that means end of business from me; she said OK! So, disappointed from SPANX company! I wanted people to know how they treat their customer and all the reviews they sent to customers are ONLY the good one and not ALL!
The website did not process my first order for a pair of leggings...
As a first time Buyer I went back onto the site to see if the order had been processed or was still in my cart... I had received no confirmation and the items were not in my cart... so I thought the problem between PayPal Processing and Spanx "lost" the order... So I reordered... Several hours later I see a duplicated order in my email with two separate confirmation numbers... I write back immediately to cancel one of them... I was told the next morning that the orders couldn't be canceled... that free returns were offered. Yada yada yada... This is Bulls**t! The orders had not yet been processed and paid on PayPal and they could have canceled the processing... Online retailers do this on purpose hoping the customer just keeps the merchandise... Fabletics does the same thing... they rip off people with the initial cheap leggings to only charge them 49 dollars within 10 days.
So back to Spanx... after 7 or 8 emails exchanged... I get a case number... and then an email offering 10% off on a future order... I flat out told them I would never buy from them again and warn others not to... as well... and I will be returning both pair of leggings and just wait for SKIMS to come out with high top leggins!
SKIMS is a far superior product anyway...

Since customer service basically does not resolve and barely responds to emails. I received a WET spanx in the mail that water damaged the entire box and label. Telling me to send it back and that you can't provide a replacement at the same price I got it for? After this email responded stating will respond to me in 3-5 days and never did until a week later after I sent another email. That email told me the same thing as the first email which does not address anything.
***I find this response unsatisfactory. First of all you sent me wet second hand items that you will now pass off to someone else. It's surprising you would even want the item back and want us to actually spend the time and effort to actually procure and buy a new box (since the one you sent it in was water damaged) and trek to the shipping facility, wait in line, to get it back to you.
Second of all while I purchased this item on a promotion, now you are telling me, because of your own failure in sending me dirty pants that you are unable to provide a new pair at the same price? "While we are unable to send you a new pair of leggings under your current order, please feel free to place a replacement order at any time" - this delay was not my fault.
Are customers to be punished and to pay with their time to take time off work to fix your problems? We have left the country as we were excited to receive this in time for our trip and now have to resolve this issue and rush to send it within your time window when we get back? A more responsible approach would see if we were kind enough to dispose or recycle of these stinky spanx and offer a discount (at least comparable to what we paid for the initial spanx) to purchase a legit pair at the price we initially expected it for. Please kindly advise

Just bought my first pair of seamless crop leggings. They are very comfortable, but very hot and the top rolls down after a few minutes of exercise.
I bought my favorite faux leather leggings. They came in a package that I thought the plastic would come off the pants. Well to my surprise the pants are synthetic plastic. I own previous pair cropped comfortable but they don't really hold you in. Customer service is horrible. They're sweet and kind but incompetent. Most of the products are defective. They're not very nice and when you complain they tell you to contact their customer relations. Nonsense no one gets back to you. I saw the billionaire owner of the company in a Forbes magazine. She should be ashamed of herself. Her product has gone downhill big time. They probably outsourced it to another cheap labor place to manufacture or changed the fabric. I'm appalled that anyone would tolerate their nonsense. Try returning something, whole major project. They make everything so difficult. My suggestion? DO NOT BUY FROM SPANX DOT COM. Simply go to a department store where returns are reasonable and simple. Plus you get to see and feel the item and there's no hidden surprise. I'm a business owner and if I owned Spanx and tried yo get in touch with SPANX customer service and saw how frustrating it is for a consumer before I go on vacation or go to the bank, I would revamp and fix the internal issues. They're team is complicated and they're trained to say nothing but kind apologetic words disingenuous and annoying. I ordered an item from spanx recently and paid 35$ for 3-day shipping. The company put the wrong information on my package (their phone number instead of mine and left out my address). I called to check the shipping status of the package and the customer service agent could find it and suggested I call the shipping company, so I spend all morning tracking it down and to correct the information on it. The shipping company told me I would have never received it had I not gotten ahold of them. I called spanx again to let them know that I wanted my 35$ 3-day shipping fee back as the package was ordered on a Saturday and I would not recieve it until Thursday night. The representative was so rude and told me that that I was getting in in 3 days as they take 1 full business day to process an order. So the Monday was a "processing day" and the order wasn't submitted until Tuesday. Meanwhile, if I hadn't wasted my whole morning looking for it it would have never arrived at all. So look out - "3-day shipping" actually means 4-business day shipping (as late as 9pm on the 4th day). Seriously don't depend on their products arriving on time if you need it for an event.
