Hi poor teenagers working at Sonic and I'm not understanding they don't take a lunch or breaks isn't this a labor board charge
Can't never get order right and took forever caused me to be late then eye rolling cause they got my order wrong
There's a reason they only have 1 star. They suck. Especially their shift "leaders" Never going to Sonic again. Ever.
I drove to Sonic in Krebs Oklahoma at 2:10 p.m. and wanted to place an order for just one "Rute 44 Cherry Slush" when there "Happy Hour" for drinks was 2:00p.m. To 4:00p.m. So after I ordered my "Ruth 44 Cherry Slush" the lady taking the order told me it was going to take them up to "Thirty Minutes" just to get one "Rute 44 Cherry Slush" because they where supposedly swamped. Then when I looked up the "Sonic Headquarters" it says it is in "Oklahoma City" but the phone number is *******642 and it transfers you to the "Philippines, Hong Kong," or other places instead of answering there phone calls promptly for "Complaints" I wish "Sonic Headquarters and all of there businesses around go "Bankrupt" so they will be taught a lesson called "Customers Come First and Foremost" because without us customers they would be "Bankrupt" but I guess they thank they are all above us "Customers" so we should show them who really holds them together and do are business with there competitors and watch "Sonic" sink and file for "Bankruptcy" and have to close down. Since it takes 30 minutes for one drink to be served. And the Headquarters for Sonic in Oklahoma, City will not take phone calls.
The Sonic on FM 968 in Longview has terrible customer service. They do not care about the customers at all.
First of all, I want to say the purpose of this is not to attack the workers, some of which are very polite and respectful. I would be interested in knowing what kind of food they cook well? Their chicken fried steak sandwiches are not edible at all IMO. Their hamburgers are marginal at best. Dairy Queen makes a better corn dog and chicken fried steak sandwich. I really don't know why they have an "app." It has never worked and never will. Most are extremely slow about getting your food which goes against their name "Sonic." I am not a fan of sweet stuff in soft drinks. Their so called happy hour is the same price as every other restaurant minus the refills (500 percent markup). Their Unhappy hour to get a drink with a meal is higher than everywhere else without a refill (1500 percent markup) and some would say price gouging. If eating there, bring your own drink from home. They sell crushed ice for $2.98 when you can get it at other places for less. It is not any better. They always have some kind of fund raiser that they make you feel guilty if you do not donate to it. I have seen people wait for up to an hour for their food at some Sonics. I knew somebody who used their app and ordered. The app. Said that it was ready, and when they drove up, the place was closed all day. It was a headache trying to get a refund. Half the time, my lid is half on my drink. I have visited a Sonic where half the stalls were not working and there was no sign to indicate this. People were pulling in and pushing buttons, but nobody was responding because the stalls were broken. I guess they stay in business somehow. The workers work very hard, and on the outside looking in, it appears like some Sonics don't have enough workers.
I was eating and I found a piece of gum in my onion ring. I dont think ima order that again but I will definitely come for fries
Food today at Bay Springs, MS Sonic was crap. But typical for many fast food chains these days. Short on supplies and short on help. Pure garbage.
I used to love Sonic hamburgers, but today the hamburger I received was mostly soybean. I will never buy another Burger there.
Asked for extra Oreo in my Oreo Sonic Blast and got 6 pieces of Oreo entirely. They robbed me. I will not be going here for ice cream in the future.
The Sonic at Pine Island, North Fort Myers, Florida has depriment service. Starting with the wait time. I started the drive-thru line at 5:10 pm and left with order in hand at 6:20 pm (I had to order at the pickup window).
While waiting to place my order after 45 min, I asked a teenage boy why was it taking so long. He replied taht 'they were very short staffed'.
Then, the young lady that takes the orders: rude young teenage girl making fun of my accent. You could hear all the them in the background giggling with her. I got pissed and advanced to the window.
I placed my order right at the pickup window.
Meanwhile, I could see all the employees (all teenagers) standing, talking, kidding around, drinking sodas (free of course)... Behind me... A long line of cars. Driver's faces very upset.
Those employees were having an awesome time in there while the customers were being mistreated by their lack of interest on giving a good service.
Another observance.
While I was waiting... A young woman with a ponytail in different colors parked, went inside the premises, talking and having a good time with the employees. She left with an order in hand within 15 minutes. Attached is a picture of her car. Just in case, the grey SUV tag is 07D ATQ. Maybe she is a friend or an off duty employee.
Meanwhile... We were all waiting...
I will never go there again. And for as long as I will remember, this will be my review of this specific franchise location.
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN AND THOSE EMPPLOYEES NEED TO BE FIRED for being so ungrateful for their jobs.
I was very content and happy and satisfied with my food hot fresh no complaints car hop was very friendly and taking order and bringing my food
The highest priced burrito is barely bigger than sauce packet. They use to make fun of McDonald's but smaller. Wow
There is a reason why Sonic employees are NOT worth $15 per hour. Both orders wrong, food barely warm.

Why you don't have more Locations in Los Angeles or Long beach... Lynnwood and will more commercial than Location.
They changed pickles and now you have to specify mustard which you may or may not get. Too bad,I used to eat there a lot.
Answer: Imo, it has to be a front for something to still be in operation. Hopefully it's a front for something not as nefarious as serving people undesirable, inedible "food".
