First off your customer service number should be working Burlington North Carolina on Church Street if you wonder why there's only one Sonic within 50 miles now you know this is the worst Sonic I've ever been to and I have been to I go to Sonic everyday I spend 100s a year and this is the way I get treated this Sonic waits on every single person in their drive-thru then I have to walk up to the door and they ignore me I have to push the door open and ask for my drinks they don't look to see how I've ordered it they just give me whatever The manager that worked last night was rude she threatened me I'm going to report that to the cops I wouldn't recommend this sonic to my dog I'm going to make sure that I put this review on every single website I can you have my phone number you can call but this is ridiculous you can kiss your $1,000 goodbye a year Don't bother it will take you 30 minutes if your lucky to get your order

Ordered a #1 fries was too salty and medium drink that was filled to the top with ice not paying for ice. Manager stated that they are trained to fill the cup with ice.
The last three times I went to get food I never got help. I had to leave and go somewhere else. So I think I won't waste my time to get any food again.
*pulled up to drive in window, no one responded, finally a person acknowledge me the customer
*order 2 simple items and took over 10 minutes to receive

*lastly two other vehicles where behind me the drive thru attendant literally came out side door and gave the car behind me food BUT yet I am the first car in the drive thru.
*they got their order before I did and it was disgusting and such terrible service to receive.
Why in the world would the cashier at the drive thru come outside the side door with food for customers and had me waiting. This type of service is uncalled for and furthermore so UNPROFESSIONAL!

Literally sat at the drive Thru window for a good 30 minutes… I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers extra pickles a large order of jalapeño poppers a pretzel and a large order of chilli cheese tots. When they gave me my food they missed the chilli cheese tots then gave them to me COLD then there wasn't cheese with the pretzel which it comes with so I asked for a cheese sauce and the girl says "uhm I don't think we have anymore" instead of LOOKING or anything. Proceeded with a refund and the manager even gave me attitude. (Sonic in pasco rd 68) absolutely miserable.
For the 3rd time at the sonic in Kaiser Oregon I couldn't get service. When you can come here and actually get them to serve you at all, it takes 45min to 1.5 to get your food. This is a new one, for the last 2 nights when we come to Sonic, they Immediately say we can't do milkshakes or slushies tonight( I get that happens sometimes, not a big deal) but then if u still want to order food after that they say, oh well acuatlly were only serving fries and tater tots. Hmm... they are extremely rude about it. I have never seen anything as consistently bad as the "customer service" SONIC is currently "providing" its customers. I wanted to bring some attention to it, maybe get it fixed? Come to find out, most people in Keizer, Oregon already know this, and dont go there.
Went to drive in speaker and wondered why (2) cars in front of me drove off I sat there 10mins NEVER got waited on then I went to a parking space speaker and waited another 10mins NO one answered after i pushed in the Big Red button!
Sonic on the University in Frankfurt in Lubbock Texas send my wife to grab me a cheeseburger tater tots and a large Coke when she brought me my lunch I open the burger it was supposed to be with mustard and it had catch up the tater tots were cold the Coke with a Dr Pepper I was really disappointed I will not go to that sonic again
My husband and I recently went to one of the many Sonics in Colorado Springs. He ordered a Cheeseburger and I ordered the Chicken Strip Basket. When our order came 20 mins later, it was incorrect. They gave my husband the Cheeseburger meal vs just the burger and my basket was supposed to include onion rings which it didn't. When we told the girl about the error, she acted like it was an inconvenience. She said they were out of onion rings and they don't do substitutions...and what, she couldn't tell me that when I ordered? She offered to give my husband the difference back for the Cheeseburger vs the meal but we HAD to give the fries back. When we did, she threw them in the trash that was in front of us, like she wanted to make a point. Why couldn't we have kept them since I didn't receive my onion rings? The service was lousy, the server was even worse. Sonic needs to send their people through customer service training. When I talked to others about Sonic, I found out that this is typical service of Sonic in general. So disappointing!
On the website it says sonic closes at 9 pm. Multiple times and multiple complaints of closing early. Went tonight to sonic on FM517 $#*!inson, tx and it was closed again.
Steak,bacon n cheese sandwich good flavor skimpy on meat and cheese and bread poorly toasted also ordered tots with cheese and got barely any cheese service was awesome foodxguality poor

Tonight my family and I went to sonic to have dinner. It was around 9pm when we went. I order 2 kids meals with corn dogs, fries, and a sweet teas to drink. I also ordered number 7 with no mustard, fries, and a sprite to drink. The last thing I order was a toaster with tots and sweet tea to drink. All that came to $27.99. I paid $30 in cash and the change was $12.01. When we got home the food felt warm. But the food it self was not good. We could tell right away that the food was made hours ago and not fresh. My kids didn't seem to like it that much and either did we. The food felt like all they did was warm up the food so it can seem like it done right then. The lady's that were working there didn't give me a receipt either. We tried eating the food but it just got worse and we think anyone shouldn,t go there to eat. If people knew how bad the food was they too won't come back. We went to the sonic in Quinlan Tx. Would like my money back because I know that my family and I won't come back again. After paying the amount we did i would expect the food to be fresh not leaftovers. I won't rate the sonic in Quinlan Tx it's 0 for me.
The service is good. The food is terrible. The chicken is 80% breading. The fries are pastey. I have to say most of the fast food places have cut overhead by serving poor quality, "food items".
I just went through my local Sonic Drive In located in Murray, Ky. I ordered a large blue coconut slush WITH strawberry topping ON THE TOP. (I first enjoyed this drink during shark week.) I have ordered and received this very drink multiple times since at both the Murray, Ky location but at other locations of Sonic as well. When the young girl brought me my order, I commented the slush was ordered with the strawberries on top. She rudely replied, "They HAVE to STIR them in. It's a rule!" I politely informed her the fact I had not only ordered this before but also RECEIVED it with the strawberries on all the other times I had ordered it that way, again she rudely replied "it's a rule!" (Sidenote: So what do you do when people order sundaes? Stir it up cuz it's a rule?) I received my change and (I did tip this rude little girl despite the fact, she did not deserve and or earn it) I looked up to see her talking about me to another employee about me! Really?! Does this rude, disrespectful, and dishonest customer service reflect you as a company? I hope she enjoyed it because I will not be returning to Sonic. I work too hard to be treated that way by some rude girl! I will also share this experience with my friends and family. They don't want to be treated like that either.
How did i order 3 things and end up with 2? Makes no sense. Am i dumb or do they just need better headsets?
Food looks like it was dropped in a trash can full of coffee grounds. Way too nasty to eat. It's hard to believe they think that's acceptable.
I like the people who work there. The food is deappaticing. But those sonic blast are bangging. The workers are very kind. Way to go guys but work on your food though

Answer: Imo, it has to be a front for something to still be in operation. Hopefully it's a front for something not as nefarious as serving people undesirable, inedible "food".
